The method comprises determining, by a source node, whether a conditional handover (CHO) is configured for the moving node, transmitting, by the source node, a conditional handover request message along with information to one or more target nodes based on the determination, wherein the information indicates a number of a plurality of user equipment (UEs) and the associated capability of each of the plurality of user equipments (UEs) in the group of UEs connected to the moving node, determining whether the one or more target nodes support the conditional handover for the moving node based on the received information, and performing the conditional handover for the moving node based on the determination, wherein performing the conditional handover for the moving node also comprises performing the handover for the group of UEs connected to the moving node.
ELECTRONIC APPARATUS FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION METHOD
The present disclosure relates to an electronic apparatus for wireless communication and a wireless communication method. According to one embodiment, an electronic apparatus for wireless communication comprises a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to: where a user equipment obtains, via a current relay device, a communication service from a current cell, acquire information about a candidate link, wherein the candidate link comprises a cellular link to another cell and a relay link passing through another relay device. The processing circuit is also configured to select, based on the information, a communication link to be applied to the user equipment from the candidate link.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING DUAL CONNECTIVITY WITH DYNAMIC ANCHOR CELL SELECTION
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining configuration update messages received from neighbor cells of a serving cell of a wireless network, wherein the configuration update messages include dual connectivity capability information of the neighbor cells. The neighbor cells are ranked according to the dual connectivity capability information resulting in a dual connectivity ranking. A target cell of the neighbor cells is selected according to the dual connectivity ranking and a dual connectivity capability of a mobile device, and a dual connectivity service is established according to the dual connectivity ranking. The dual connectivity service includes exchanging user plane messages between the mobile device, a master cell and a secondary cell of the wireless network. Other embodiments are disclosed.
DISTRIBUTED HANDOFF-RELATED PROCESSING FOR WIRELESS NETWORKS
Provided is a process, medium, or system including using block chain as a distributed routing environment for contract based handoff to route streaming data to edge-based data centers.
CELL HANDOVER METHOD
A cell handover method is provided. The method is performed by a source base station. The method includes determining that a multi-card terminal needs to perform a cell handover; sending a handover request signaling and target terminal capability information of the multi-card terminal to a core network device, where the target terminal capability information is configured to indicate at least one of following capabilities: a multi-card capability supported by the multi-card terminal, or a capability of the multi-card terminal to support reporting a multi-card problem; and determining, based on a handover command returned by the core network device, that a target base station accepts a cell handover request corresponding to the multi-card terminal based on the target terminal capability information; and controlling the multi-card terminal to perform the cell handover.
HANDLING METHOD AND HANDLING DEVICE FOR A MULTI CARD PROBLEM, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A handling method for a multi-card problem includes: determining that a multi-card terminal needs to perform cell handover, sending a handover request signaling to a target base station to which the multi-card terminal is to hand over, where the handover request signaling includes a multi-card problem in the multi-card terminal.
CANDIDATE CELL CONFIGURATION PROCESSING FOR LOWER LAYER TRIGGERED MOBILITY
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, for each of one or more candidate cells, a lower layer triggered mobility configuration. The UE may identify a subset of candidate cells, of the one or more candidate cells, for which a lower layer triggered mobility configuration is to be processed based at least in part on reception of the lower layer triggered mobility configuration. The UE may process, for each of the subset of candidate cells, a corresponding lower layer triggered mobility configuration. Numerous other aspects are described.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PERFORMING EMERGENCY SERVICE IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes receiving, from a serving base station, a radio resource control (RRC) message including a handover command to new radio (NR) cell, while performing an emergency service on long term evolution (LTE) cell. The method includes identifying whether the NR cell supports a reduced capability (RedCap) function, based on system information on the NR cell. The method includes switching an operation mode of the terminal from RedCap mode to an NR normal mode, in case that the NR cell does not support RedCap function. The method includes, while the terminal operates in the NR normal mode, performing the emergency service on the NR cell through access to the NR cell. The method includes, in response to termination of the emergency service, switching the operation mode of the terminal from NR normal mode to RedCap mode.
