METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CELL PRIORITIZATION
Systems and methods are provided for cell prioritization. Methods involve monitoring resource usage on a first cell and comparing the monitored resource usage on the first cell to a predetermined threshold. The method additionally includes receiving a connection request from a hybrid wireless device capable of communicating using the first RAT and the second RAT and assigning the hybrid wireless device to the second cell when the monitored resource usage on the first cell meets the predetermined threshold.

Method and Devices for Triggering Lawful Interception
Methods and apparatuses start lawful interception of an ongoing communication process in an after-handover network environment prior to completing an international handover of a user device. The user device is party of the ongoing communication process and an LI target. The user device being an LI target is determined based on the user device's identity, which is retrieved if the international handover is initiated.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING COMMUNICATION PATH OF DUAL SUBSCRIBER IDENTIFICATION MODULE ACCORDING TO CALL
Various embodiments of the present invention provide a method and device, the device comprising: a first subscriber identification module; a second subscriber identification module; a communication module; and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to receive a call request using the first subscriber identification module, change a communication path of the second subscriber identification module, and connect the call request using the first subscriber identification module by using the communication module. Various embodiments are possible.
USER EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR MULTI-SIM OPERATION
A user equipment and a method for performing a multi-Subscriber Identity Module (multi-SIM) operation are provided. The method includes connecting to a first network associated with a first Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) of the UE; receiving, from the first network, a first configuration indicating that the UE is allowed to transmit an assistance information message for switching to a second network associated with a second USIM of the UE, the first configuration further including a configuration of a timer; transmitting, to the first network, the assistance information message, the assistance information message including information of a preferred Radio Resource Control (RRC) state associated with the first network to indicate that the UE prefers to switch from an RRC_CONNECTED state associated with the first network to the preferred RRC state; and starting the timer upon transmitting the assistance information message.

DATA FORWARDING DURING INTER-SYSTEM HANDOVERS
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a source master eNodeB (MeNB) may transmit, to a target Next Generation radio access network (NG-RAN) node, a handover required message to initiate an inter-system handover from an evolved-Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) terrestrial radio access network (E-UTRAN) New Radio (NR) dual connectivity (EN-DC) system associated with the source MeNB to an NR standalone (SA) system associated with the target NG-RAN node. The source MeNB may have an indirect path to the target NG-RAN node and a source secondary gNodeB (SgNB) may have a direct path to the target NG-RAN node. The source MeNB may transmit, to the target NG-RAN node and based at least in part on the handover required message, forwarded data via the indirect path between the source MeNB and the target NG-RAN node through a core network. Numerous other aspects are described.
VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL MULTIMEDIA SUBSYSTEM
This disclosure describes a user equipment device (UE). The UE includes one or more antennas; one or more radios, where each of the radios is configured to perform cellular communication using a plurality of radio access technologies (RATs) that support voice over an Internet protocol (IP) multimedia subsystem (IMS); one or more processors coupled to the one or more radios, where the one or more processors are configured to cause the UE to perform operations including: sending, via a first RAT, a first request for IMS registration to an IMS server; receiving, from the IMS server, an IMS rejection message indicating failure of the IMS registration; determining, based on the IMS rejection message, that the IMS registration failure is temporary; responsively re-attempting IMS registration with the IMS server; and determining to camp on the first RAT in response to receiving an IMS acceptance message from the IMS server.

Cell selection or reselection method and apparatus, and terminal
Provided in embodiments of the disclosure are a method and apparatus for cell selection or reselection, and a terminal. The method includes that: a terminal performs cell selection or cell reselection based on first information, the first information being Non-Public Network (NPN) related information.
