METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REPORTING TIME INFORMATION OF CHO
Embodiments of the present application are directed to a method and apparatus for reporting time information of conditional handover (CHO). In an embodiment of the present application, the method includes: receiving configuration information on CHO, and transmitting time information of CHO in response to at least one failure that occurs during a CHO procedure.
Autonomous Wireless Device Handover
Embodiments include systems and methods that may be performed by a processor of a wireless device for managing a communication link with a communication network. Various embodiments may include determining whether a cause of a detected physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) error in a downlink communication from a base station is an out of coverage condition, and initiating an autonomous handover from the base station to a second base station in response to determining that the cause of the PDSCH error is an out of coverage condition.
EARLY MESSAGE FOR CONDITIONAL HANDOVER
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may generate, based at least in part on a handover condition being satisfied, a message that indicates that the UE is preparing to leave a source cell for a target cell. The UE may transmit the message before a conditional handover (CHO) is initiated or during a wait timer that is started after the CHO is initiated. Numerous other aspects are described.
COMMUNICATION METHOD APPLIED TO INTEGRATED ACCESS AND BACKHAUL IAB SYSTEM AND COMMUNICATION APPARATUS
A communication method applied to an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) system includes: a child node receives a first radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message from an access network device via a parent node, where the first RRC reconfiguration message includes a random access-free indication. The child node starts a timer. The child node sends a first RRC reconfiguration complete message to the access network device via the parent node. The child node receives first indication information from the parent node, where the first indication information indicates to stop the timer. The child node stops the timer.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CELL CHANGE PREDICTION IN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
An operation method of a terminal may comprise: receiving, from a serving base station, measurement configuration information and measurement prediction configuration information; measuring signal strengths of the serving base station and a neighboring base station according to the measurement configuration information; predicting signal strengths of the serving base station and the neighboring base station based on a result of measuring the signal strengths of the serving base station and the neighboring base station, according to the measurement prediction configuration information; and transmitting, to the serving base station, a report message including the predicted signal strengths of the serving base station and the neighboring base station according to the measurement prediction configuration information.
HANDOVERS OF CONNECTIONS BETWEEN SUBSCRIPTIONS
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may start, at a default data subscription (DDS) of the UE, a timer associated with a non-Third Generation Partnership Project (non-3GPP) tunnel over a cellular network based at least in part on a DDS switching at the UE. The UE may determine, at the DDS, that the non-3GPP tunnel over the cellular network is available prior to an expiry of the timer. The UE may perform a handover of a non-3GPP tunnel over data connection to the DDS based at least in part on the DDS switching at the UE and the non-3GPP tunnel over the cellular network being available prior to the expiry of the timer. Numerous other aspects are described.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR PERFORMING EMERGENCY SERVICE, AND OPERATING METHOD THEREFOR
An example electronic device includes at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor can be configured to confirm an event associated with an emergency service while registered to a first communication system, transmit a service request, corresponding to the event, to a network on the basis of the confirmation of the event, start, on the basis of the transmission of the service request, a timer having an end time that is shorter than the end time of a T3517 timer, search for and select, on the basis of failing to receive a response corresponding to the service request until the timer ends, a cell corresponding to a PLMN of a second communication system that excludes the first communication system, perform at least one operation for registration to the second communication system on the basis of the selected cell, and perform the emergency service corresponding to the event in the second communication system on the basis of the registration to the second communication system.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FAILURE HANDLING IN SERVING CELL CHANGE IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A method for a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system can comprise receiving, from a first cell, a first signaling indicative of a configuration of at least a second cell, receiving, from the first cell, a second signaling to switch a Special Cell (SpCell) of the UE to the second cell, wherein the second signaling comprises at least one of a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) signaling or a Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element (CE), performing a procedure to switch the SpCell of the UE in response to the second signaling, performing one or more actions in response to detecting a failure of the procedure, including: initiating a random access procedure on the second cell, transmitting a report to a network of the first cell, wherein the report indicates the unsuccessful switching of the SpCell to the second cell, or initiating a RRC connection re-establishment procedure.
VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEM AND VEHICLE
A vehicle control system includes an on-board terminal mounted on an unmanned dump truck or a manned vehicle and including a first wireless modem communicating with a base station with a first wireless line and a second wireless modem communicating with a wireless base station with a second wireless line; a server device that communicates with the on-board terminal through the wireless base station; a storage section that stores correspondence information in which positional information (LID1 to LID 6) of the unmanned dump truck or the manned vehicle is corresponded with permission/prohibition information that permits or prohibits communication of the second wireless modem; and a control section that permits or prohibits the communication of the second wireless modem according to a position of the unmanned dump truck or the manned vehicle, based on the correspondence information stored in the storage section.

A method and a device for determining an MRO critical scenario and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining, by the UE, parameter information about a connection problem in the case that the connection problem has been detected by the UE in a cell handover process and cell handover has been performed successfully, or in the case that the connection problem has been detected by the UE within a predetermined time period after the cell handover is performed successfully; and transmitting, by the UE, the parameter information to a network device, so that the network device may determine the MRO critical scenario in accordance with the parameter information.
