A terminal device receives first indication information indicating first precoding information and second precoding information. The terminal device determines a first group of power control parameters corresponding to the first precoding information and determines a second group of power control parameters corresponding to the second precoding information. The terminal device determines first transmit power based on the first group of power control parameters and sends a first PUSCH repetition based on the first transmit power and the first precoding information, and determines second transmit power based on the second group of power control parameters and sends a second PUSCH repetition based on the second transmit power and the second precoding information.

Signal transmission power adjustment in a wireless device

Wireless communications are described. A wireless device may determine a first transmission power for a first signal and a second transmission power for a second signal. The wireless device may reduce signal transmission power of one or more of the first signal or the second signal, based on a calculated power value exceeding an allowable transmission power. The wireless device may reduce the signal transmission power during an overlap period or a non-overlap period, based on a duration of an overlap of the first signal with the second signal.

Repeated transmission method and apparatus

Embodiments of this disclosure relate to the communications field, and provide a repeated transmission method and an apparatus, to increase a probability of successful decoding of a user equipment. The method includes: performing, by a user equipment, first transmission of uplink data, and sending a first reference signal to a network device based on a first transmit power, where the first reference signal is used to demodulate the first transmission of the uplink data; and performing, by the user equipment, N.sup.th transmission of the uplink data, and sending a second reference signal to the network device based on a second transmit power, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, the second reference signal is used to demodulate the N.sup.th transmission of the uplink data, and the second transmit power is less than the first transmit power.

Power control for a two-step random access procedure

A wireless device transmits a first message comprising a preamble and a transport block. The wireless device receives, during a time window, a first downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a response to the first message. The first DCI indicates a first transmit power control (TPC) command value. A decoding failure of the response and an expiry of a timing alignment timer is determined. The wireless device receives, based on the determining and during the time window, a second DCI rescheduling the response. The second DCI indicates a second TPC command value. The wireless device selects, based on a decoding success of the response rescheduled by the second DCI, the second TPC command value as a transmit power adjustment value among the first TPC command value and the second TPC command value. The wireless device transmits a feedback using a transmit power determined based on the transmit power adjustment value.

METHOD FOR TRANSMIT AND RECEIVE POWER CONTROL IN MESH SYSTEMS

A method and apparatus are disclosed herein for controlling transmit power in a station (STA) of a wireless local area network (WLAN). A STA may transmit, to another STA, transmit power step size information that indicates a maximum transmission power for an operational bandwidth that the STA supports. The STA may receive, from another STA, a signal in one of the plurality of operational bandwidths that the STA supports. The received signal may include a transmission power based on the transmitted adjustment step size setting.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRANSMITTING UPLINK SIGNALS IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for a terminal controlling uplink power in a carrier aggregation-based wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: configuring a first cell and a second cell; transmitting a first PUCCH signal from subframe #n in the first cell; and transmitting a second PUCCH signal from subframe #n in the second cell, wherein when the sum of transmit power of the first PUCCH signal and transmit power of the second PUCCHJ signal exceeds a predetermined maximum transmit power configured to the terminal, the transmit power of the PUCCH signal having a lower priority from among the first UCCH signal and the second PUCCH signal is reduced or the transmission is dropped.

An unlicensed carrier power control method is provided. Multiple transmitted power constraint parameters are acquired, and a minimum value in the multiple transmitted power constraint parameters is determined. Power control is performed according to the minimum value in the multiple transmitted power constraint parameters. An unlicensed carrier power control device and a storage medium are also provided.

Methods and apparatuses are described for wireless communications. Cells may be grouped into a plurality of cell groups. A wireless device may transmit a plurality of preambles. The wireless device may also transmit a packet using a transmission power that is based on a power ramp-up of the preambles.

Two-step random access procedure in next generation wireless networks

Some of the present implementations provide a method for a user equipment (UE) for performing a random access (RA) procedure. The method receives, at the UE, an RA configuration and a reference signal received power (RSRP) threshold. The method then determines whether a detected RSRP exceeds the RSRP threshold once the RA procedure is initiated. If the detected RSRP exceeds the RSRP threshold, the method performs a two-step RA procedure.

Power control scheme for active bandwidth part transition

Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, BS transmits first and second configurations for first and second BWPs to UE. The first BWP is set as an active BWP based on the first configuration. BS transmits TCP command(s) that set an active power control adjustment state. BS transitions the active BWP from the first BWP to the second BWP based on the second configuration. The active power control adjustment state is maintained after the active BWP transition (e.g., not reset to some default state).
