TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT IN RESTRICTED TARGET WAKE TIME (TWT) SERVICE PERIODS
This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing data traffic in restricted target wake time (TWT) service periods (SPs). In some aspects, an access point (AP) may transmit a packet, at the beginning of a restricted TWT SP, that signals all non-member wireless stations (STAs) to defer access to the wireless medium for at least a threshold duration. Upon receiving the packet, any non-member STAs that are associated with the AP may set their network allocation vectors (NAVs) according to the duration indicated by a duration field of the received packet. In some implementations, low-latency STAs that are members of the TWT SP may not set their NAVs according to the duration field of the received packet. Instead, the low-latency STAs may access the wireless medium before the NAVs associated with the non-member STAs expire.
RESTRICTED TARGET WAKE TIME SERVICE PERIOD TERMINATION
A wireless communication protocol using CSMA/CA, EDCA and R-TWT to prioritize RTA traffic transmissions. During an R-TWT SP, the RTA traffic is prioritized for transmission and mechanisms are provided for assuring proper indications and termination of the R-TWT SP. During this process, member STAs communicate with the R-TWT scheduling AP when they have no more frames to send. The R-TWT scheduling AP can also terminate the R-TWT SP before its scheduled end time, allowing non-member STAs to immediately contend for the channel. In addition, the R-TWT scheduling AP can exchange frames with STAs, that have an R-TWT feature but are not R-TWT member STAs, after frame exchanges with the R-TWT member STAs during the R-TWT SP have been completed.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TIMELY SCHEDULING
Embodiments of the present application are directed to a method and apparatus for timely scheduling. The method may include: configuring DRX configuration information; and preventing a MAC entity from entering into inactive time in response to that a first MAC PDU is not transmitted in an uplink grant.
MEASUREMENT METHOD AND APPARATUS, NODE, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
Disclosed herein are a measurement method and apparatus, a node, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. The measurement method may include: acquiring, by a first communication node, measurement information configured by a second communication node; performing, by the first communication node, measurement according to the measurement information to obtain a measurement result; and reporting, by the first communication node, a channel state indication which carries the measurement result in response to the measurement result meeting a reporting condition.
APPARATUS AND METHOD OF COMMUNICATION OF SAME
An apparatus and a method of communication of the same are provided. A method of communication of a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, by the UE, a first information, and the first information corresponds to search space group monitoring for a first serving cell. This provides a search space group indication and further provides a method of search space group switching.
DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD AND APPARATUS, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
Provided are a data transmission method and apparatus and a storage medium. The data transmission method includes that a first communication node succeeds in channel contention on a first channel; the first communication node performs channel detection on a second channel within the preset duration before the sending moment of the first channel to acquire a detection result; and the first communication node sends a notification frame to a second communication node on the second channel in response to the detection result being idle, where the notification frame is used for instructing the second communication node not to send data on the second channel.
Downlink Control Information (DCI) Transmission In Multiple Listen-Before-Talk (LBT) Bandwidths
Wireless communications systems and methods related to wireless communications in a system are provided. A first wireless communication device may communicate with a second wireless communication device in a listen-before-talk (LBT) bandwidth of a set of LBT bandwidths, downlink control information (DCI). The DCI may indicate acquisition of a channel occupancy time (COT) in a fixed frame period (FFP) across the set of LBT bandwidths and/or a starting point of the FFP in the respective LBT bandwidth. The first wireless communication device may communicate with the second wireless communication device, a communication in at least one LBT bandwidth of the set of LBT bandwidths during the respective COT.
METHODS FOR COMMUNICATION, TERMINAL DEVICE, NETWORK DEVICE, AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIA
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a solution for sensing sidelink resources. In a method for communication, in accordance with receiving, at a terminal device from a network device, a first higher layer parameter indicating that partial sensing is enabled for the terminal device, the terminal device determines a candidate resource for performing a sidelink transmission in a target slot. The terminal device determines, for the partial sensing, a sensing window with a configured time length before the target slot. The terminal device determines, in the sensing window, a set of slots based on the configured time length of the sensing window. The terminal device determines a reservation state of the candidate resource by monitoring the set of slots. With the embodiments of the present disclosure, a feasible partial sensing procedure is provided for a terminal device to perform a sidelink transmission in the 5G NR, and thus the performance of sidelink transmissions can be improved.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR LISTEN-BEFORE-TALK RANDOM ACCESS WITH ADAPTIVE ENERGY DETECTION THRESHOLD SELECTION
A method for listen-before-talk random access with adaptive energy detection threshold selection is executed by a device. Component units, such as code block groups (CBGs) in a transport block are determined to be retransmitted through a contention-based random access operation. A component unit based energy detection threshold (EDT) is selected. The EDT is associated with the component units determined to be retransmitted. The selected component unit based EDT is used to perform energy detection in an initial contention-based random access operation.
TERMINAL AND COMMUNICATION METHOD
A terminal includes a control unit configured to perform LBT (Listen before talk) in a frequency band above a predetermined frequency, and a transmission unit configured to transmit a signal based on a result of the LBT, wherein the control unit performs the LBT with a mechanism different from LBT performed in a frequency band below the predetermined frequency.
