System and method for heating animals
A system for heating animals. The heating system uses an elongated curved reflector around an elongated infrared light source to reflect heat off of the elongated curved reflector and onto piglets provided in the piglet creep of a farrowing crate. The system has a reduced thermal gradient to efficiently transfer heat to animals, such as piglets, without overheating other nearby animals, such as sows.
Dynamic sauna
Systems and methods are provided for controlling infrared radiation (IR) sources of a sauna including tuning IR wavelength-ranges and radiated power-levels of IR sources, and directing IR to locations on a user's body. In one illustrative embodiment, a sauna may be provided having adjustable IR emitters to emit IR at any wavelength resulting in a desirable radiation treatment for the sauna user. In another illustrative embodiment, a method is provided for tuning IR emitters in a sauna.
Method for manufacturing far infrared heating wire and far infrared heating wire manufactured thereby
The present invention relates generally to a method of manufacturing far-infrared radiation thermal wire and far-infrared radiation thermal wire thereby, more particularly, a method of manufacturing far-infrared radiation thermal wire and far-infrared radiation thermal wire manufactured thereby, in which electric power is supplied with a predetermined resistance value. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method of manufacturing far-infrared radiation thermal wire comprise steps of: making microfine wire that emits far-infrared radiation as it generates heat according to the resistance value when electricity is flowed in; making one strand of thermal wire by bundling many strands of the microfine wire that are in contact of each other; and making two or more groups each of the groups having different resistance value and comprising one or more microfine wires that have identical resistance value in order to make the bundle into an effective geometric structure that well radiates electric dipole radiation while emitting far-infrared radiation.
Shower panel with infrared heating element
A shower panel includes an infrared heater and a panel assembly. The panel assembly includes a deflection surface. The infrared heater, located near the panel assembly, produces infrared rays in the shower cell. The infrared rays heat the general space of the shower cell. The deflection surface includes a profile that contains various deflection features that deflect the stream of water toward the user in the shower cell.
Low EMF halogen tube heater
Sauna heaters are used to generate heat for saunas. Sauna heaters include a first halogen tube configured to generate heat, a second halogen tube configured to generate heat, wherein the first halogen tube is implemented a distance from the second halogen, and wherein the distance between the first halogen tube and the second halogen tube is configurable to adjust an amount of electromagnetic field (EMF) emitted by the heater. Sauna heaters also include a source of alternating current electrically coupled to the first halogen tube and the second halogen tube such that the source of alternating current is configured to provide the first halogen tube and the second halogen tube with a current, wherein the current powering the first halogen tube is out of phase with the current powering the second halogen tube.
HEATING SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC FIREPLACES AND SPACE HEATERS
A heating system may include at least two different types of heating elements. The heating elements may include at least one infrared heating element and at least one halogen lamp. The heating elements may be positioned within a heating section of a duct through which air flows to be heated by the heating elements, which air flow may be driven by a fan. The heating system may be incorporated into a variety of heating devices, such as electric fireplaces and space heaters.

Adaptive headlight system
A motor vehicle includes headlamps having a plurality of LED light sources, one or more processors, and a memory storing instructions. One or more processors executing the instructions are enabled to receive first data, including at least map data, indicating a road curvature upcoming along a road on which the motor vehicle is traveling. The processors are also enabled to determine a light change, the change adapting a light pattern of the headlamps in at least one of color, intensity or spatial distribution to increase light in a direction of the road curvature ahead of the motor vehicle and shaping light based at least in part on the road curvature. The processors are further enabled to control at least a first plurality of the LED light sources to provide light based at least in part on the determined light change and prior to the motor vehicle reaching the road curvature.
