A heating cooking apparatus includes a heating cooking chamber, a pull-out portion (2), and a placement member (30). The pull-out portion (2) is configured to be pulled out from the heating cooking chamber in a first direction (D1). The placement member (30) is placed on the pull-out portion (2). The placement member (30) includes a placement portion (31) and a pair of protrusion portions (32). An object is placed on the placement portion (31). The pair of protrusion portions (32) protrude from the placement portion (31) in a second direction (D2). The pull-out portion (2) includes a base portion (23) and a pair of side wall portions (50). The placement member (30) is placed on the base portion (23). The pair of side wall portions (50) extend in the first direction (D1), stand upright from the base portion (23), and face each other in the second direction (D2). The pair of side wall portions (50) respectively include a pair of concave portions (54) recessed in a third direction (D3). The pair of protrusion portions (32) are respectively disposed in the pair of concave portions (54).

Cooking appliance with slidable tray

A cooking apparatus includes a main body having a cooking chamber, a coupler having a pair of pressure surfaces and rotatably provided, and a tray provided-to-be withdrawn from the cooking chamber by sliding movement. The tray has a pair of seating projections each capable of being brought into contact with the pair of pressure surfaces and being rotatably pushed by the coupler. Therefore it is possible to easily switch between the rotatable state of the tray and the state of sliding movement of the tray.

PACKING MEMBER AND COOKING APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

A packing member having a structure capable of reliably extinguishing a fire generated in a cooking apparatus and a cooking apparatus having the packing member are provided. The packing member for packing components of a cooking apparatus includes a flange formed by bending at least one side thereof. The flange is provided to cover at least a portion of an inlet formed at one side of the cooking apparatus to allow external air to be introduced into the cooking apparatus when the packing member is received in the cooking apparatus or at least a portion of an outlet formed to allow air in the cooking apparatus to be discharged.

Susceptors capable of balancing stress and effectiveness

An outer portion of one or more layers of microwave interactive material, which is for becoming hot when exposed to microwave energy, is arranged in a manner that seeks to advantageously control heating, so that the outer portion of the microwave interactive material can safely be adjacent the periphery of a turntable tray. The turntable tray can be heated by the microwave interactive material so that a peak thermally induced stress occurs in the turntable tray at a position proximate the periphery of the tray. The layer(s) of microwave interactive material are configured in a manner so that the peak thermally induced stress is less than a predetermined amount.

High-frequency heating cooker
