Heating cooker
Heating cooker (30) of the present disclosure includes convection device (35) that includes fan (14), heater (13), a first air guide, and second air guide, is communicated with heating chamber (2) through a suction port and a discharge port provided in back wall (2d) of heating chamber (2), and supplies hot air to the heating chamber (2). Fan (14) sucks air inside heating chamber (2) from the suction port into convection device (35), and sends out the air from the discharge port into heating chamber (2). Heater (13) is provided in front of fan (14), and heats the sucked air. The first air guide is provided so as to surround heater (13), and guides the heated air to the discharge port. The second air guide is provided so as to surround fan (14) and the first air guide, and guides the heated air to the discharge port. A part of the second air guide is in contact with the first air guide, and another part of the second air guide is isolated from the first air guide. According to the present disclosure, it is possible to more uniformly heat the object to be heated.
OVENS WITH METALLIC BELTS AND MICROWAVE LAUNCH BOX ASSEMBLIES FOR PROCESSING FOOD PRODUCTS
In certain examples, a food processing machine for processing a food product includes a housing defining a cavity, a conveyor with a belt comprising metal for conveying the food product through the cavity in a longitudinal direction, and a convection heating system for heating air in the cavity such that heated air heats the food product as the food product is conveyed through the cavity. A microwave launch box system is configured to emit microwave energy into the cavity in a lateral direction transverse to the longitudinal direction to thereby further heat the food product as the food product is conveyed through the cavity.
COOKING DEVICE
A cooking device is provided. The cooking device including: a housing having a cooking cavity; and a gas circulation apparatus disposed in the housing and configured to drive gas in the cooking cavity to flow and circulate. The gas circulation apparatus includes a gas driving part. When driven by the gas driving part, gas has a first part flowing in a first direction and a second part flowing in a second direction, one of the first direction and the second direction is a circumferential direction of the gas driving part, and another of the first direction and the second direction is a radial direction of the gas driving part.
COOKING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE COOKING APPARATUS
A cooking apparatus comprises a cooking chamber formed with a cooking space; a heat source installed inside the cooking chamber, and emitting a heat; a reflector configured to reflect the heat emitted from the heat source to the cooking space; and a fan configured to operate or stop operating while heat is being emitted from the heat source, and to introduce air into the cooking chamber during the operation.
COOKING APPARATUS
Disclosed is a cooking apparatus for providing a cooking vessel suitable for a simmer cooking function. A cooking apparatus of the present invention includes a cooking room; a cooking vessel accommodated in the cooking room, and including a main body, and a heating element attached on a bottom of the main body and configured to be heated by microwaves to heat the main body; a microwave heater configured to radiate microwaves to the cooking vessel; an input device configured to receive a simmer cooking command; and a controller configured to repeatedly perform a process of turning on the microwave heater for a first time period, when the simmer cooking command is received through the input device, and turning off the microwave heater for a second time period when the first time period elapses, for a cooking time period, and configured to perform a keeping-warm process when a door does not open in a third time period after the cooking time period elapses.
APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR FAULT PROTECTION OF POWER AMPLIFIER IN SOLID STATE RF OVEN ELECTRONICS
An oven includes a cooking chamber configured to receive a food product and an RF heating system configured to provide RF energy into the cooking chamber using solid state electronic components. The solid state electronic components include power amplifier electronics configured to provide a signal into the cooking chamber via a launcher assembly operably coupled to the cooking chamber via a waveguide assembly. An isolation assembly is provided between the launcher assembly and the power amplifier electronics. The power amplifier electronics are controlled at least in part based on an efficiency parameter determined from a forward power value and a reflected power value that are each measured after the isolation assembly.
Method for the Safe Operation of a Combination Cooking Appliance and Combination Cooking Appliance
A combination cooking appliance has a cooking chamber and a microwave source with a microwave power. In a method for the safe operation of the combination cooking appliance, a cooking chamber temperature prevailing in the cooking chamber is detected, and a convection-relevant parameter is determined. The detected cooking chamber temperature and the convection-relevant parameter are evaluated to determine a maximum permissible microwave power. The microwave power of the microwave source is limited to the maximum permissible microwave power.
