One aspect provides a printed circuit board (PCB). The PCB includes a transmission line to transmit signals of a desired frequency, a first stub coupled to the transmission line at a first location, and a second stub coupled to the transmission line at a second location. The first stub is to filter out signals of a first frequency, the second stub is to filter out signals of a second frequency, and the first and second stubs are positioned such that an insertion loss of the transmitted signals of the desired frequency is substantially minimized.

Methods, systems, and apparatuses related to memory operation with common clock signals are provided. A memory device or system that includes one or more memory devices may be operable with a common clock signal without a delay from switching on-die termination on or off. For example, a memory device may comprise first impedance adjustment circuitry configured to provide a first impedance to a received clock signal having a clock impedance and second impedance adjustment circuitry configured to provide a second impedance to the received clock signal. The first impedance and the second impedance may be configured to provide a combined impedance about equal to the clock impedance when the first impedance adjustment circuitry and the second impedance adjustment circuitry are connected to the received clock signal in parallel.

A receiving apparatus includes a terminating network for a three-wire serial bus and a feedback circuit. Each wire of the three-wire serial bus may be coupled through a resistance to a common node of the terminating network. The feedback circuit has a first amplifier circuit having an input coupled to the common node, a comparator that receives an output of the first amplifier circuit as a first input and a reference voltage as a second input, and a second amplifier circuit responsive to an output of the comparator and configured to inject a current through the common node.

A circuit board and package assembly electrically connecting a die to a circuit board. The circuit board has signal paths terminating in a signal pad located on an insulating layer. The circuit board also includes a ground pad on the insulating layer that has a concave shaped side forming a recess, the with a signal pad at least partially within the recess. A package has package ground pads aligned with the circuit board ground pads and package signal pads aligned with circuit board signal pads. The package ground pads extend through the package to connect to package ground paths, which extend toward the die. The package signal pads extend through the package to connect to package signal paths and the package signal paths extend toward the die, maintaining a consistent distance from the package ground paths. Multiple-tier bond wires connect the package bond locations to the die bond pads.
