A component mounting program for mounting a component on a board, the component mounting program being configured to identify whether a component supplied from a tape feeder on the component mounting program is a component supplied from a sequential taped component or a component supplied from a taped component other than the sequential taped component.

A component mounting apparatus including a component supply device which includes a carrier tape that accommodates a component to be mounted on a board in which a plurality of feeders having carrier tapes loaded are respectively mounted at a plurality of mounting positions, which automatically discharges a carrier tape to a tape insertion port of the feeder based on a component discharge instruction, and which automatically conveys an inserted carrier tape to a suction position at which a component is suctioned when the carrier tape is inserted into the tape insertion port; and control device which instructs discharge or supply of a component.

A reel holding device includes a first reel support member that includes a first placement member that rotatably supports a first reel and a second reel support member that supports a second reel. The first reel support member is rotatable between a reference position at which a carrier tape of the first reel is supplied to the mounter, and a discharge position for discharging the first reel. By rotating the first reel support member from the reference position toward the discharge position, the first reel drops through an opening of the first placement member and is discharged. When the first reel support member returns from the discharge position to the reference position, the second reel moves through the opening and into the interior of the first placement member.

A mounting system including a component mounter, a storage, and a unit exchange device includes a selection section that selects a combination of the specific component feeding unit and the related component feeding unit from the component feeding unit stored in the storage based on combination information indicating a combination of the characteristic rank of the specific component and a component type of the related component corresponding to the characteristic rank, and storage information including the component type, a position, and the characteristic rank of the specific component of the component feeding unit stored in the storage; and a control section that controls the unit exchange device to take out the combination of the specific component feeding unit and the related component feeding unit from the storage and to convey the combination to the component mounter.

A component mounting system includes a component mounter group, a storage, and a loader. The storage is provided on an upstream side or a downstream side of the component mounter group and has a storage area in which multiple component supply devices are arranged and supported detachably. The loader automatically takes out and/or attach the component supply devices from and/or to the component mounters and the storage. The present invention provides a mounting tool tip arranged for being releasably mounted to mounting tool of a component mounting machine, said mounting tool being rotatably arranged in said component mounting machine around a vertical rotational axis. The mounting tool tip comprises a tip portion at a first end and arranged for engagement with a component to be mounted in a component mounting machine; engagement means for mounting said mounting tool tip to said mounting tool. Further, the engagement means is arranged at a second end opposite said first end and further configured such that said tip portion is off-center in a horizontal direction compared to said rotational axis when the mounting tool tip is mounted to said mounting tool. The present invention further provides a mounting tool, a mount head, a component mounting machine as well as method for simultaneously picking at least two components arranged in adjacent component tapes in a component mounting machine.

A component mounting system including: a component mounting device group in which a plurality of component mounting devices that mount components supplied to a board transported in from an upstream side by a tape feeder and transport out the board to a downstream side, and cut a carrier tape after supplying the components by a cutter device and discharge scraps of carrier tape, are installed on a floor surface while being arranged in a direction of conveying the board; a main conveyor that is installed along an arrangement direction of the plurality of component mounting devices in a region on the floor surface under the component mounting device group, and transports the scraps of carrier tape discharged from each of the plurality of component mounting devices; and a scraps storage that is installed outside the region and stores the scraps of carrier tape transported by the main conveyor.

An electronic component set includes a plurality of electronic components and a holding member that holds the plurality of electronic components. Each of the plurality of electronic components includes an identification unit. The plurality of electronic components are held by the holding member to allow an optical reader to read the identification unit of the each of the plurality of electronic components.

A component mounting system that includes a component mounter in which multiple component supply units are detachably arranged in a supply area and mounts components on a board based on a job. The system performs a preparatory arrangement control for dividing the component supply units required for the job into multiple, and controlling the unit exchange device to make an arrangement of the component supply units in each group match an arrangement order in the supply area, and a supply arrangement control for controlling the unit exchange device to automatically exchange the component supply units, and to arrange the component supply units required for the job after switching in the supply area.

A component mounting machine includes a head having multiple pickup members, a moving device for moving the head, at least one feeder, and a control device. The feeder is configured to receive correction values for sets of the multiple pickup members, set a target feeding amount for the number of sets based on the received correction values for the number of sets, and sequentially feed components for the number of sets in a predetermined direction with each set target feeding amount. The control device is configured to acquire a positional deviation amount of the multiple pickup members in the predetermined direction for each set, and transmit the correction values for the number of sets based on the acquired positional deviation amount for the number of sets to the feeder so that the feeder collectively receives the correction values for the number of sets at a predetermined timing.
