INSPECTION SUPPORT DEVICE AND INSPECTION SUPPORT METHOD
The inspection support device is provided with a camera provided on a moving body so as to be capable of imaging a circuit board, and an imaging control section configured to control imaging processing of the camera and acquire image data of an inspection component, which is a component that is a target for inspection among electronic components mounted by the component mounter, when the inspection component is mounted on the circuit board. The imaging control section optimizes the performance sequence of multiple of the mounting operations and multiple of the imaging operations based on a moving distance of the moving body during the performance sequence or based on a time required for the mounting operation and the imaging operation during the performance sequence.
Component mounting system and component mounting method
In the component mounting system, when an electronic component having a positioning target is held and mounted onto the upper face of a board, the positioning target is aligned to a predetermined position of the board. The component mounting system detects a positional deviation of the positioning target on the upper face of the electronic component and performs an arrangement operation of arranging a positioning material on the board by correcting the arrangement position in accordance with the detected positional deviation. The component mounting system then performs a mounting operation for mounting the electronic component on the board by aligning the positioning target to the predetermined position of the board on which the positioning material has been arranged.
SUCTION POSITION ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
A suction position adjustment device of a component mounter which includes a head having multiple pickup members and that executes simultaneous suction control for substantially simultaneously picking up multiple components with the multiple pickup members by moving the head to a target position that is determined to locate the multiple pickup members on the multiple components supplied from multiple feeders to a supply position. The suction position adjustment device includes an imaging device configured to image the supply position of the feeder from above, a display device, and a control device. The control device configured to control the imaging device so that an upper surface, at the supply position, in the multiple feeders of adjustment targets is captured and display, on the display device, captured multiple upper surface images and multiple pointers superimposed on the multiple upper surface images, when the target position is adjusted.
COMPONENT MOUNTING DEVICE AND COMPONENT MOUNTING METHOD
The component mounting device includes a component supply part on which a component supply unit that supplies a component stored in a carrier tape is detachably mounted; a feeder information acquisition part that acquires feeder information including a type of the component supply unit mounted on the component supply part; a component mounting part that mounts the component supplied from the component supply unit onto a substrate; and a unit controller that controls the component supply unit based on the feeder information.
Component mounting line
An automatic exchanging device is provided which moves alongside the front face of a component mounting line. When an automatic exchange request for a feeder is generated in any of multiple component mounting machines constituting the component mounting line, the automatic exchanging device moves to the front of the component mounting machine in which the automatic exchange request was generated to automatically exchange the feeder. When a new automatic exchange request is generated in any one of the component mounting machines, a pull-out operation of a predetermined number of component mounting machines is prohibited, from the component mounting machine facing the automatic exchanging device toward the position of the component mounting machine in which the new automatic exchange request was generated.
Component mounting device
A component mounting device includes a head unit including a mounting head configured to mount a component on a substrate, a component feeder configured to feed the component to the mounting head, and an imager provided on the head unit and configured to be able to image a component feeding location of the component feeder from a plurality of directions. The component mounting device further includes a controller configured to acquire a horizontal position and a vertical height position of the component at the component feeding location based on images of the component feeding location captured from the plurality of directions by the imager.
Substrate working machine that selects which lifting and lowering section to pick up a component
A board work machine that includes a rotary head with multiple positions is provided for lowering nozzle holders and is able to continue operating even though it is determined that the nozzle holder cannot be lowered at one of the multiple positions. In step S1 in a Z shaft updating process, when determining based on Z shaft table that a lifting and lowering operation function is not effective and that an assigned Z shaft is not used for lifting and lowering, CPU lifts up and lowers a Z shaft that differs from the assigned Z shaft in step S11. Mounter can continue mounting work by using the Z shaft that differs from the assigned Z shaft.
COMPONENT SUPPLY APPARATUS
A component supply device, configured to supply an electrical component in a state of being placed in a placement section, comprising: multiple placement sections, in which an electrical component positioned by a positioning section is placed in each placement section, and a detection device, configured to detect displacement in the up-down direction of the electrical components placed in the multiple placement sections.
Component mounting line
Component mounting line includes multiple component mounting machines arranged along a conveyance direction of a board, feeder storage container that stores multiple feeders that are attachable and detachable to component mounting machine, and exchanging robot capable of exchanging feeder between feeder storage container and each of the component mounting machines, in which feeder storage container is installed in the same arrangement as the multiple component mounting machines, and exchanging robot moves along the conveyance direction of the board and exchanges feeder. Accordingly, regardless of which of the component mounting machines feeder is used in, replenishment and collection may be performed in feeder storage container, so that an operator can easily replenish and collect feeder.
Component-mounting device and work system
A component-mounting device includes a base, a board positioner which positions a board, a feeder carriage which is attachable to and detachable from the base, a part feeder which supplies a component, a mounting head which mounts the component on the board positioned by the board positioner, a nozzle replacement table which holds a replacement nozzle attached to or detached from the mounting head, a replacement table holder which holds the nozzle replacement table at a predetermined holding position within a movable range of the mounting head, and a placing table on which the nozzle replacement table is placed before the replacement table holder holds the nozzle replacement table. The component-mounting device delivers the nozzle replacement table between the replacement table holder and the placing table in a state where the feeder carriage is connected to the base.
