COMPONENT MOUNTING SYSTEM
A component mounting system includes a mounting machine configured to perform a mounting process of a component on a board by an operation of a unit for the mounting process, an inspector configured to perform an inspection process by using an image of the board after the mounting process and output abnormality information capable of specifying a defective board having an abnormality detected in the inspection process, a camera configured to image the operation of the unit in the mounting machine during the mounting process in a video to store image data in a memory, and a data output section configured to extract image data during the mounting process of the defective board from the memory based on the abnormality information and output the image data to an outside.
BOARD MANUFACTURING SYSTEM, AUTONOMOUS MOBILE CART, AND BOARD MANUFACTURING METHOD
A board manufacturing system includes an autonomous mobile cart configured to transport an object used in board work devices of a mounting line, a robot arm provided on the autonomous mobile cart and configured to transport the object used in the board work devices to the board work devices, and a controller provided in the autonomous mobile cart and configured or programmed to control driving of the robot arm. The controller is configured or programmed to control the driving of the robot arm such that the robot arm transports the object used in the board work devices into and out of the board work devices within a movable range of a working unit in the board work devices in a plan view.
Component mounting line
An automatic exchanging device is provided which moves alongside the front face of a component mounting line. When an automatic exchange request for a feeder is generated in any of multiple component mounting machines constituting the component mounting line, the automatic exchanging device moves to the front of the component mounting machine in which the automatic exchange request was generated to automatically exchange the feeder. When a new automatic exchange request is generated in any one of the component mounting machines, a pull-out operation of a predetermined number of component mounting machines is prohibited, from the component mounting machine facing the automatic exchanging device toward the position of the component mounting machine in which the new automatic exchange request was generated.
BOARD WORK MANAGEMENT DEVICE
A board work management device manages a production line having multiple board work machines that produces electronic-component-mounted-boards by the multiple work machines each being set to perform specified work with respect to the board, with each of multiple of the boards being conveyed sequentially to each of the multiple board work machines, and each of the multiple board machines performing their respective work on each of the multiple boards. The device includes: a board work quantity reset switch; a board work quantity counting section that counts each board on which, from among the multiple board work machines, at least one board work machine has performed work, for each of the at least one board work machines; a board work quantity memory section that memorizes the board work quantity of the board work machine counted by the board work quantity counting section; and a board work quantity resetting section that, when the board work quantity reset switch is operated, resets the board work quantity of a specified board work machine among the at least one board work machines memorized by the board work quantity memory section while the multiple board work machines are operating.
Method for equipping printed circuit boards
A method for equipping printed circuit boards on an equipping machine, the printed circuit boards being of a first length, and the equipping machine being realized to equip printed circuit boards of a second length, the second length being more than twice as great as the first length. The equipping machine has an input section (1) and an equipping section (2), the equipping section (2) being disposed after the input section (1) in a direction of conveyance (F) of the printed circuit boards, disposed after the input section (1) in a direction of conveyance of the printed circuit boards, the printed circuit boards of the first length and the printed circuit boards of the second length being transportable, in their longitudinal direction, from the input section (1) into the equipping station (2).
Board working system
A system including multiple inspection machines and an NG board discharge machine which moves an NG board to a checking position visible to a worker. The system acquires positional information of a circuit board during conveyance, and stores the NG board by associating a work result for the NG board with the positional information. In this manner, the positional information of the NG board is acquired. Based on the positional information, it is determined whether or not the circuit board conveyed to the NG board discharge machine is the NG board. When the circuit board conveyed to the NG board discharge machine is the NG board, a checking-purpose working machine discharges the NG board to the checking position.
Mounting-related device and mounting system
A mounting system includes multiple mounting-related devices to execute a mounting-related process for mounting a component on a mounting target that are arranged side by side along the conveyance direction of the mounting target. The mounting-related device used in the mounting system includes an execution unit configured to execute the mounting-related process; a first interface configured to enable a mobile work device to access the execution unit, the mobile work device moving a member related to the mounting-related process; and an operation panel disposed in a second interface, being located on an opposite side of the first interface, to which an operator is allowed to access without access of the mobile work device.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT MOUNTING SYSTEM
An electronic component mounting system is disclosed. An elapsed time acquiring section acquires an elapsed time from printing onto circuit board by solder printer. A raising and lowering operation changing section changes raising and lowering operation of component holding tool based on the elapsed time from printing acquired by the elapsed time acquiring section. A mounter mounts an electronic component on the solder printed on circuit board by performing raising and lowering of the component holding tool at the raising and lowering operation changed by the raising and lowering operation changing section.
Printed circuit board transport
An assembly machine comprising a continuous circuitous track; a dispensing head system configured to at least partially assemble products, wherein the dispensing head system includes one or more dispensing heads movable around the continuous circuitous track; a product conveyance system extending between a first location of the continuous circuitous track and a second location of the continuous circuitous track and a placement module, the placement module including a first positioning system configured to move along a first axis that intersects with the product conveyance system, wherein the first positioning system is configured to receive a first of the products from the product conveyance system and move the first of the products from the product conveyance system to a first placement location; and a second positioning system configured to move along a second axis that intersects with the product conveyance system, wherein the second positioning system is configured to receive a second of the products from the product conveyance system and move the second of the products from the product conveyance system to a second placement location.
Substrate processing machine
The object is to provide a substrate processing machine facilitating checking the operation of a device in the interior of a housing from the exterior of the housing. The substrate processing machine includes a base and a module, disposed on the base, and has a device configured to perform a predetermined operation contributing to the production of a substrate. The module can be switched between a fabrication position where the substrate is produced and an offset position that deviates from the production position relative to the base. The device can operate in the production position and the offset position. The operation speed of the device in the offset position is slower than the operation speed of the device to in the production position.
