COMPONENT MOUNTING PROGRAM
A component mounting program for mounting a component on a board, the component mounting program being configured to identify whether a component supplied from a tape feeder on the component mounting program is a component supplied from a sequential taped component or a component supplied from a taped component other than the sequential taped component.
Component mounting apparatus with feeder control device
A component mounting apparatus including a component supply device which includes a carrier tape that accommodates a component to be mounted on a board in which a plurality of feeders having carrier tapes loaded are respectively mounted at a plurality of mounting positions, which automatically discharges a carrier tape to a tape insertion port of the feeder based on a component discharge instruction, and which automatically conveys an inserted carrier tape to a suction position at which a component is suctioned when the carrier tape is inserted into the tape insertion port; and control device which instructs discharge or supply of a component.
Production system and production system control method
It is an object of the present invention to provide a production system and a control method for the production system that can suppress erroneous mounting when a tape feeder is shared and used even when latest tape feeder information is not shared among multiple production lines in a production system having multiple production lines. Information that matches the tape feeder database stored by the line management device is stored in the tape feeder. When the tape feeder is mounted on the mounting machine, the information stored in the tape feeder is read, and when it is determined that the information does not match the tape feeder database, mounting of the electronic component supplied from the tape feeder is stopped.
Tape incorrect mounting detection system
A tape erroneous mounting detection system includes sensors provided to the plurality of tape feeders, a reader configured to read identification information from a recording part which is provided to a reel, and a memory part configured to store part verification information. The tape erroneous mounting detection system also includes a part verification part configured to determine whether or not the tape is mounted on the tape feeder at the set position, and to perform verification updating processing, and a tape erroneous mounting detection part configured to perform erroneous mounting detection processing where the tape erroneous mounting detection part identifies the tape feeder on which the tape is mounted based on the tape presence or absence information and the output from the sensor, and the tape erroneous mounting detection part detects that the tape mounted on the tape feeder is erroneously mounted.
Electronic component set, capacitor, electronic-component-set manufacturing method, reading method, and reader
An electronic component set includes a plurality of electronic components and a holding member that holds the plurality of electronic components. Each of the plurality of electronic components includes an identification unit. The plurality of electronic components are held by the holding member to allow an optical reader to read the identification unit of the each of the plurality of electronic components.
BOARD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A board management system includes an extraction means and a generation means. The extraction means extracts a feature amount that depends on position deviation, for each of a plurality of specific components determined in advance based on a degree of variation in the component mounting position, among a plurality of components in a board image in which a board is captured. The generation means generates individual identification information to be used for identifying a board, from the extracted feature amount.
COMPONENT MOUNTING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HANDLING CARRIER TAPE ROLL BODY
A component mounting system for handling a carrier tape roll body to be extracted from a reel and housed in a case, the carrier tape roll body including a roll body formed by winding a carrier tape in a roll shape and a memory that is provided on the carrier tape and enables reading and writing by wireless communication, includes: an identification information generator that generates identification information to be used to distinguish a component sealed in the carrier tape of the carrier tape roll body housed in the case from a component sealed in another carrier tape; and a writing unit that writes the identification information generated by the identification information generator into a memory.
COMPONENT MOUNTING SYSTEM, COMPONENT MOUNTING METHOD, AND COMPONENT MOUNTING APPARATUS
A component mounting system is provided with a plurality of component mounting apparatuses having recognition means (a substrate recognition camera) for reading out the substrate ID of the substrate, state detection means (a cover door sensor) for detecting that the substrate is in a state of being able to be inserted or removed, and an information acquisition portion that acquires the substrate ID of the substrate transmitted from the upstream component mounting apparatus which have delivered the substrate. Then, a prescribed number of the substrate IDs for the substrates on which components are mounted is read out in a case where it is detected that the substrate is in a state of being able to be inserted or removed.
Electronic component mounting system
An electronic component mounting system includes plural mounting line systems, and an integrated system capable of communication with the plural mounting line systems. The mounting line systems have an electronic component mounting line, a mounting line management unit, and an identification information reading unit. If identification information read by the identification information reading unit is not stored in an integrated database, a component information reading unit included in the mounting line management unit reads from a local database the identification information and information about a use status of electronic components housed in an electronic component housing body to which the identification information is attached.
Component verification method and component verification system
A component verification method includes a component ID reading process of reading a component ID corresponding to a stored component of a subsequent tape, a tape insertion detecting process of detecting that the subsequent tape has been inserted into a tape feeder, a feeder specifying process of specifying a tape feeder in which the insertion of the subsequent tape has been detected, and a component verifying process of verifying whether or not a correspondence relationship between the read component ID and the specified tape feeder is correct.
