STRETCHABLE MOUNTING SUBSTRATE
A stretchable mounting substrate that includes a first substrate including a stretchable base material and a stretchable wiring on the stretchable base material; a second substrate including a wiring for an electronic component, the second substrate overlapping at least a part of the first substrate in a plan view of the stretchable mounting substrate; and a connection member connecting the first substrate and the second substrate, the connection member including a connection base material and a connection wiring connecting the stretchable wiring of the first substrate and the wiring of the second substrate 20, wherein the connection member is configured to be deformed in accordance with an expansion/contraction direction of the first substrate so that an expansion/contraction ratio of a region of the first substrate overlapping the second substrate in the plan view is larger than an expansion/contraction ratio of the second substrate.
DEVICE FOR TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT
A device for current determination includes a shunt and a device for temperature measurement including a printed circuit board, an evaluation unit and a temperature sensor. The printed circuit board has a milled groove which runs spirally around the temperature sensor, so that the temperature sensor is arranged on a printed circuit board plateau defined by the milled groove and is displaceable in a direction that is parallel to a normal vector of a plane defined by the printed circuit board. When the temperature sensor is displaced relative to the plane of the printed circuit board, a restoring force is brought about between the printed circuit board and the temperature sensor, wherein the shunt includes a resistance region having a substantially flat surface, wherein the device for current determination is arranged in the resistance region on the surface of the shunt in such a way that the temperature sensor is arranged in thermal connection with the resistance region of the shunt, wherein voltage taps are arranged on both sides of the temperature sensor and electrically contact the surface of the shunt in order to detect a potential difference along the resistance region.
LIGHTING DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
Lighting device for a motor vehicle including a light source and/or an optical part. A substrate including electrical tracks, the light source and/or optical part being fastened to the substrate, and a part forming an electrical ground for the electrical tracks. The substrate includes a cut-out forming a tab, electrical tracks of the substrate extending onto the tab, at least one of the tracks on the tab making electrical contact with the ground-forming part.

Stretchable electronic device
An electronic device (100) comprises a stretchable substrate (30) with a flap (30f) formed by a cut (40) in the substrate (30). The flap (30f) is disconnected by the cut (40) from a surrounding main section (30m) of the substrate (30) except on one side. The flap (30f) is exclusively connected to the main section (30m) via a connected section (30c) of the substrate (30) between two ends (40a, 40b) of the cut (40). An electronic component (10) is disposed on the flap (30f) with electrical contacts (11,12) connected to conductive tracks (21,22) disposed on the substrate (30). The conductive tracks (21,22) extend between the component (10) disposed on the flap (30f), and other parts (10r) of the electronic device (100) outside the flap (30f) via the connected section (30c). The flap (30f) with the component (10) is disposed in a pocket formed by surrounding lamination layers (31,32).
Elastic mounting board
An elastic mounting board that includes: a first elastic substrate; an elastic wiring on a first main surface of the first elastic substrate; an electrode electrically connected to the elastic wiring; and a functional component mounted in a mounting portion of the first elastic substrate and electrically connected to the elastic wiring, in which the mounting portion having the functional component is folded back such that the functional component will face a first main surface side of the elastic mounting board and the electrode will face a second main surface side of the elastic mounting board.

A temperature measuring device for measuring a temperature of a terminal of an electrical connector includes a printed circuit board, a temperature sensor mounted on the printed circuit board, and a thermally conductive sleeve having a first thermally conductive portion and a second thermally conductive portion. The first thermally conductive portion has a recess receiving a part of the printed circuit board. The first thermally conductive portion is in thermal contact with the temperature sensor. The second thermally conductive portion forms a flexible tab extending from the first thermally conductive portion and contacting the terminal.
Lightweight electronic device for automotive applications and method
A lightweight radio/CD player for vehicular application is virtually “fastenerless” and includes a case and frontal interface formed of polymer based material that is molded to provide details to accept audio devices such as playback mechanisms (if desired) and radio receivers, as well as the circuit boards required for electrical control and display. The case and frontal interface are of composite structure, including an insert molded electrically conductive wire mesh screen that has been pre-formed to contour with the molding operation. The wire mesh provides EMC, RFI, BCI and ESD shielding and grounding of the circuit boards via exposed wire mesh pads and adjacent ground clips. The major components and subassemblies self-interconnect by integral guide and connection features effecting “slide lock” and “snap lock” self-interconnection. The major components and subassemblies self-ground by establishing an interference fit with exposed, resilient, embossed portions of wire mesh.
LED module
A light emitting diode (LED) module includes a base that is conductive and is selectively covered with an insulative layer. The base can include a connecting flange and a light emitting region. Traces are provided on the insulative coating and can be used to connect LEDs positioned on the light emitting region to pads on the connecting flange. The connecting flange can be offset in angle and/or position from the base and can be configured to provide a contact shape suitable to mate with a connector in a polarized manner. The base can be shaped so as to provide the desired functionality.

A first contact conductor has a first conductor surface electrically connected to the first contact pad at a first section, and is configured to form a welded connection in a second section of the first conductor surface, and/or on the second conductor surface. The invention also relates to an electronic component assembly which includes such a connection element, and which has at least one component welded to the contact conductor.
