The printed circuit board assembly includes: a first printed circuit board and a second printed circuit board, where the second printed circuit board is electrically connected to the first printed circuit board through at least four solder joints; the at least four solder joints include a first solder joint, a second solder joint, a third solder joint, and a fourth solder joint, the first solder joint communicates with the second solder joint, the third solder joint communicates with the fourth solder joint, and at least one solder joint and/or at least one printed circuit board cavity is provided between the second solder joint and the third solder joint; and the printed circuit board cavity is a recess structure that is recessed inwards from a surface of the printed circuit board.

In one aspect, a multi-layer PCB includes an external layer having a transition region configured to receive an electrical component and a clear routing region outside of the transition region. The PCB includes first via(s) that extend from the transition region to an inner trace routing layer. The trace routing layer is disposed between the external layer and the second inner trace routing layer. The first inner trace routing layer includes a transition area disposed under the transition region of the external layer, a clear routing area outside of the transition region, and a transmission line that connects a given first via to a second via for a second electrical component. The transmission line includes conductive trace(s) that each have a first width in the transition area and a second width, greater than the first width, in the clear routing area.
PCB ASSEMBLY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Discussed is a PCB assembly and a manufacturing method of a PCB assembly in which at least two PCBs are electrically connected. The PCB assembly includes a connection metal pin having a body and legs, the body having electric conductivity, and having a pin shape elongated in one direction, a portion of the body being bent according to a predetermined angle of the at least two PCBs arranged in a rotated state, portions of the legs being bent and respectively extended in another direction from opposite ends of the body, the bent and extended portions of the legs being inserted through connection holes respectively formed in the at least two PCBs, and bent and extended terminals of the legs respectively being bent inward to be tightly fixed to lower surfaces of the at least two PCBs.

The semiconductor package includes a package substrate. The package substrate includes a base layer, a first group of conductive lines disposed on a first surface of the base layer, and a second group of conductive lines disposed on a second surface of the base layer and electrically connected to respective ones of the first group of conductive lines. Multichannel RF Feedthroughs. In some examples, a multichannel RF feedthrough includes an internal portion and an external portion. The internal portion includes a top surface on which first and second sets of traces are formed. Each set of traces is configured as an electrical communication channel to carry electrical data signals. The external portion includes a bottom surface on which the first set of traces is formed and a top surface on which the second set of traces is formed. A set of vias connects the first set of traces between the top surface of the internal portion and the bottom surface of the external portion.
