An electronic switch module includes a circuit board having conductive pads coupled to a power source and a sense pad coupled to an output signal; and a variable-speed actuator assembly having an actuator positioned adjacent a side edge of the circuit board and moveable along a movement axis, a plunger coupled to the actuator, and a conductive wiper secured to the plunger in contact with the circuit board. The wiper includes a first leg arranged to slidably engage the sense pad and a second leg arranged to slidably engage at least one of the conductive pads. The sense pad is longitudinally aligned with the conductive pads. The first leg of the wiper is located between the actuator and the second leg, and the sense pad is located between the side edge of the circuit board and the conductive pads.
Solid state relay
A compact solid state relay (7) is provided. Solid state devices (74, 75), such as Triacs or Thyristors are used to implement the relay functionality. The device is at least partially enclosed in a housing that has pins for mounting on an electronics board. A number of “U” shaped jumpers (72) or other jumpers or wires are provided in the housing to act as heat sinks. A sub-miniature fan (70) is positioned to create an air flow over the heat sinks and dissipate heat from the device.
BUTTON COMPOSITE STRUCTURE
A button composite structure according to an embodiment includes a display panel including a first substrate, a second substrate on the first substrate, and a liquid crystal layer between the first substrate and the second substrate, a member on the second substrate, a first coupling member that couples the display panel and one surface of the member, a button structure disposed on the other surface opposite to the one surface of the member, and a second coupling member that couples the other surface of the member and the button structure. The member includes a third substrate, and the button structure is directly coupled to the third substrate by the second coupling member.
ENERGIZATION CONTROLLER
An energization controller that is easily and inexpensively adaptable to diversified configurations of a load is provided. The energization controller includes a parent board mounted with a mechanical relay that allows or interrupts flow of a current between a power source and a load, a child board mounted with a load control component that drives the load or transmits a signal to the load, and a connecting part that connects the parent board and the child board to each other.
