GUIDED TRANSPORT PATH CORRECTION
A printer deposits material onto a substrate as part of a manufacturing process for an electronic product; at least one transported component experiences error, which affects the deposition. This error is mitigated using transducers that equalize position of the component, e.g., to provide an “ideal” conveyance path, thereby permitting precise droplet placement notwithstanding the error. In one embodiment, an optical guide (e.g., using a laser) is used to define a desired path; sensors mounted to the component dynamically detect deviation from this path, with this deviation then being used to drive the transducers to immediately counteract the deviation. This error correction scheme can be applied to correct for more than type of transport error, for example, to correct for error in a substrate transport path, a printhead transport path and/or split-axis transport non-orthogonality.
Circuit forming method
A circuit forming method, comprising: a coating step of applying a metal-containing liquid and a metal paste in an overlapping manner on a base, the metal-containing liquid containing fine metal particles and the metal paste containing a resin binder and metal particles larger than the fine metal particles in the metal-containing liquid; and a heating step of making the metal-containing liquid and the metal paste coated in the coating step conductive by heating the metal-containing liquid and the metal paste.
Bellows interconnect
A compliant interconnect with a cylindrical bellows structure is configured to reduce a stress between a substrate and a PCB board. The stress can be caused by a CTE (coefficient of thermal expansion) mismatch, a physical movement, or a combination thereof. The compliant interconnect can be solder to and/or immobilized on one or more coupling structure. Alternatively, the compliant interconnect can include an instant swapping structure (such as a socket) that makes the upgrade of the electronic components easier.
Screen printing machine
A screen printing machine configured to print solder onto a surface of a circuit board using a screen mask. The screen printing machine is provided with: a screen mask arranged at a top side of the circuit board; a box member arranged at an underside of the circuit board including a space that is closed by the circuit board; a negative pressure generator connected to the space of the box member and configured to create negative pressure inside the space; a sensor configured to detect a pressure inside the space; and a control device configured to control the negative pressure generator based on the pressure detected by the sensor.

Method for repairing a fine line
A method for repairing a fine line is provided. Nano metal particles are filled in a defect of a circuit board. The nano metal particles in the defect are irradiated by a laser, or heated, such that the nano metal particles in the defect are metallurgically bonded to an original line of the circuit board. A surface of the circuit board is cleaned to remove residual nano metal particles on parts of the circuit board where metallurgical bonding is not performed, thereby completing line repairing of the circuit board.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CIRCUIT WIRING BY THREE-DIMENSIONAL ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
In a case where a circuit wiring is formed on a resin member by three-dimensional additive manufacturing, a method for manufacturing the circuit wiring by three-dimensional additive manufacturing capable of suppressing swelling or cracking of the circuit wiring is provided. A method for manufacturing a circuit wiring by three-dimensional additive manufacturing includes a discharging step of discharging a fluid containing a metal particle onto a resin member formed of a resin material; and a circuit wiring forming step of forming a circuit wiring by heating the fluid containing the metal particle discharged onto the resin member at a heating temperature to be cured, and the heating being performed at the heating temperature based on a glass transition point of the resin material, a linear expansion coefficient of the resin material, and a room temperature.
