The housing (2) includes a base (3) and a cover (4) between which the circuit board (5) is located, and the unit being characterised in that the base (3) and the cover (4) are connected to one another via interference fit interengagement around at least a major part of a peripheral edge (20) of the cover (4).

An electronic control unit having a sealed housing including a main body and a cover fixed to one another and a sealing element in contact with one and/or the other of the main body and the cover. The control unit also includes a circuit board arrangement in the housing which a circuit board is located. In addition, the control unit also includes at least one housing stabilizing element in contact with the circuit board arrangement and one or the other of the main body and the cover.
ELECTRICAL UNIT
An electrical unit housing may include a housing member, a cover, and a connector. The cover may be releasably connectable to the housing member in an assembly direction. The connector may include a latch and a tab. The latch may be disposed on the cover and the tab may be disposed on the housing member. The tab may include a first surface, a second surface, and a third surface that may extend obliquely or perpendicularly relative to each other. The second surface may extend from and connect the first surface to the third surface. The latch may be biased toward contact with the tab. The second surface may be configured to facilitate a sliding movement of the latch toward an engaged position.
Electrical assembly enclosure
An electrical assembly is provided with a housing cast from an aluminum material to shield from electromagnetic interference, with a cavity sized to retain electrical components, an opening, and a series of receptacles formed about a perimeter of the opening. A seal is oriented about the perimeter of the opening. A cover is formed from an aluminum sheet material to shield from electromagnetic interference and is sized to enclose the opening. A plurality of mechanical retainers is formed about a perimeter of the cover and sized to align with the series of receptacles, to be mechanically deformed into the series of receptacles to affix the cover to the housing.
HOUSING FOR ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS, AND CONTROL UNIT
A housing for electronic components, for example, for a control unit of a vehicle is disclosed. The housing comprises a housing element having an upper wall and a peripheral wall surrounding three sides of the housing element, the upper wall and the peripheral wall defining an interior for receiving one or more electronic components, the housing element having on one side a substantially U-shaped receiving portion for receiving a connection element. The housing element may have a ventilation portion configured to allow a gas flow between the interior and the exterior of the housing element. The ventilation portion comprises a flow chamber having first and second opening, the first opening communicating with the atmosphere and the second opening communicating with the interior of the housing element. A corresponding control unit comprising such a housing is also disclosed.
Power adapter for electronic devices
A power adapter for powering portable electronic devices is disclosed. The modifications and enhancements to the power adapter can reduce or eliminate the need for adhesives, flexible circuitry, and/or wiring. The power adapter includes multiple guide rails used to guide a circuit board (carrying components) to electrical springs. The electrical springs provide not only an electrical coupling, but also a mechanical coupling. As a result, wiring and/or adhesives is not required. Additionally, a cap is secured to the enclosure through melting part of the cap by, for example, ultrasonic welding without causing damage to the circuit board, as welding location(s) is/are in locations away from the electrical springs and other sensitive components. The power adapter further includes a connector connected to the circuit board. During assembly, the circuit board can pivot in three dimensions during assembly to align the connector with the cap.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE WITH STORAGE FUNCTION
An electronic device with a storage function is provided. The electronic device includes a main connection bolt and a housing. The housing includes a first housing member and a second housing member. The first housing member includes two hooks and a fastening portion. The second housing member includes two wedging portions and a fastening base. The hooks are wedged into the wedging portions to restrict the freedom of the first housing member to move relative to the second housing member in a first direction. The main connection bolt connects the fastening portion to the fastening base in a second direction to restrict the freedom of the first housing member to move relative to the second housing member in the first direction. The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE WITH STORAGE FUNCTIONALITY
An electronic device with storage functionality is provided. The electronic device includes a first housing member, a first circuit board, a second housing member and a second circuit board. The first circuit board is connected to the first housing member. The second circuit board is coupled to the first circuit board and is parallel to the first circuit board. The first housing member includes two hooks, and the hooks are wedged against the first edge of the second circuit board.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX
An electrical connection box is provided with a connector-attached board and a shield case that internally houses the connector-attached board. The connector-attached board is provided with a circuit board, a connector that is fixed to the circuit board and that engages with a mating connector, and an attachment that is attached to the connector. The shield case surrounds the circuit board and is provided with an upper short wall portion and a lower short wall portion that include a connector opening for facing the connector outside. The attachment is provided with a waterproof portion that covers the periphery of an engagement surface of the connector that faces the mating connector, and the waterproof portion is provided with a waterproof wall that covers the periphery of the connector and the mating connector.

A receiving device of a system for inductive power transfer includes a housing, which includes a cover element and a base element, at least one reception area for a circuit board, at least one magnetic shielding element, wherein the at least one magnetic shielding element covers the at least one reception area of the cover element at least partially, and a winding structure, the magnetic shielding element is arranged below the winding structure with respect to a vertical axis of the receiving device and the vertical axis of the receiving device is oriented orthogonal to an upper surface of the cover element and a bottom surface of the base element.
