A method may include coating an electronic module in a tool, where the electronic module has a first sub-module and a second sub-module, where the tool has a first tool part and a second tool part, where the tool has a cavity at least partially formed between the first tool part and the second tool part, and where the first sub-module and the second sub-module are supported on the tool and held in the cavity at a spatially defined distance relative to one another in a contactless manner during the coating process. A tool for performing such method may include a first tool part and a second tool part that form a cavity, where the first tool part has a first molding surface section and at least one first supporting section that extends over the first molding surface section and the second tool part has a second molding surface section and at least one second supporting section that extends over the second molding surface section.
Actuator unit
An actuator unit that drives a switching mechanism for a shift range of an automatic transmission is provided. The actuator unit includes a motor that generates a drive force for driving the switching mechanism, a control substrate that controls the motor, a connector that connects a wire to the control substrate, a housing that includes an opening, a cover that covers the opening, and a shock absorption material that includes a first shock absorption material and a second shock absorption material. The motor and the control substrate are positioned in a housing space defined by the housing and the cover. The control substrate is fixed to the housing. The first shock absorption material and the second shock absorption material are positioned between the control substrate and the cover, and contacts both the control substrate and the cover.
Electronic control module and method for producing an electronic control module
An electronic control module, particularly for a transmission, includes a first circuit board element and a sensor unit carrier fastened to the first circuit board element. The sensor unit carrier has a sensor unit receptacle configured to receive a sensor unit. The sensor unit has a sensor element fastened and electrically connected to a second circuit board element so as to detect at least one measured value. The sensor unit is fastened in the sensor unit receptacle. The second circuit board element has a flexible region that separates a first sub-region of the second circuit board element from a second sub-region of the second circuit board element. The first sub-region has a predetermined angle to the second sub-region. The sensor element is electrically connected to the first circuit board element by the second sub-region of the second circuit board element.
CONTROL MODULE OF A VEHICLE
A control module of a vehicle includes a plurality of electromechanical functional elements arranged on a carrier plate and fixed in an interlocking and force-fitting manner to the carrier plate by clamping elements. The clamping elements are formed on a pressure plate that is secured to spacers of the carrier plate. To simplify production and fitting of the pressure plate provided with the clamping elements and to be able to use them with functional elements having different structural heights, the spacers have a slightly greater height than the structural height of the highest functional element. The pressure plate, for each of the functional elements, has at least one clamping element in the form of a clamping tab. The clamping tabs are each arranged at an opening in the pressure plate, which opening is partially closed by the clamping tabs, and are angled toward the carrier plate.
Mechatronic Component and Method for the Production Thereof
The disclosure relates to a mechatronic assembly. The assembly includes a supporting circuit board with at least one populated flat side . A multiplicity of electronic components are arranged on the at least one populated flat side. In addition, at least one mechanical insert part for the mechanical fixing of at least one electronic component is also arranged on the at least one populated flat side. An encapsulation of one-piece design is provided which, in form-fitting and cohesive fashion, surrounds all of the components arranged on the at least one populated flat side of the supporting circuit board. The disclosure also relates to a method for producing the mechatronic assembly.
ELECTRONICS HOUSING AND ASSEMBLY METHOD
An electronics housing (10) including a circuit board (3) that is through-plated via press-fit connections (5), and including guide pins (6, 7) extending through circuit board through-holes (8, 9) provided in the circuit board (3). In order to simplify the assembly of the electronics housing (10), the guide pins (6, 7) protrude from a first press-fit body (4) of at least one first press-fit connection (5), and a second press-fit body of at least one second press-fit connection is guided onto the guide pins (6, 7) of the first press-fit body (4) on a side of the circuit board (3) facing away from the first press-fit body (4).
Electronic Assembly and Method for the Production thereof
The disclosure provides an electronic assembly that includes: a carrier element, a circuit carrier having a number of electronic components, a circuit board, which is electrically conductively connected to the circuit carrier, and a covering element for covering the circuit carrier. The covering element is arranged on one flat side of the circuit board and the carrier element is arranged on an opposite flat side of the circuit board. The circuit board is welded respectively to the carrier element and to the covering element. The disclosure further relates to a method for producing such an electronic assembly.

A gearbox control module for a gearbox comprises an electronic component with an electronic circuit configured to control the gearbox, electrical connections and a module carrier. The electronics component and the electrical connections are mounted on the module carrier, and the module carrier is a cover configured to sealingly close off an interior of the gearbox.
Seal for a housing of an electronic circuit arrangement
A housing for an electronic circuit configuration includes a housing seal disposed on an inner surface of the housing, integrally bonded to at least one outer housing wall and made of a liquid silicone elastomer. An electrical connecting element extends from the interior of the housing through an outer housing wall and out of the housing. A space between the outer housing wall and the electrical connecting element is sealed by the housing seal.
