A high-power Voltage Regulator Module (VRM) includes a housing having side walls, an upper opening, and a lower opening, a VRM circuit board oriented within the housing, a plane of the VRM circuit board oriented in a parallel to at least one of the side walls of the housing, an upper Printed Circuit Board (PCB) coupled to the upper opening of the housing, a lower panel coupled to the lower opening of the housing, a coolant inlet port formed in the lower panel, and a coolant outlet port formed in the lower panel. The high power VRM may include a coolant inlet adapter coupled to the coolant inlet port and a coolant outlet adapter coupled to the coolant outlet port. The coolant inlet adapted and the coolant outlet adapter may provide support for the VRM.

The power module and the electronic load are disposed on two opposite sides of the system board, the power module delivers power to the electronic load through the system board, and gaps and networks of the plurality of conductive parts of the power module correspond to those of the plurality of conductive parts of the electronic load.

Electronic equipment includes a plurality of heat generating elements, a single heat sink, and a single cover. The heat generating elements are arranged adjacent to one another in a one-dimensional array in a predetermined alignment direction. The faces of the heat generating elements on one side are fixed directly or indirectly to the heat sink. The faces of the heat generating elements on the other side are in direct or indirect contact with the cover. The cover is fixedly screwed to the heat sink at opposite ends in the alignment direction on the outer side of the heat generating elements. The heat generating elements are sandwiched and held between the heat sink and the cover. This allows heat generated by the heat generating elements to be efficiently radiated via the heat sink and allows the heat generating elements to be easily connected to the heat sink.

Thermal management assemblies for electronic assemblies circumferentially mounted around a motor using a flexible substrate

An electronic assembly includes a flexible printed circuit board (PCB) circumferentially disposed around a motor and a thermal management assembly (TMA) thermally connected to the flexible PCB. One or more switching semiconductor devices are disposed on a first surface of the flexible PCB. The TMA includes a cooling jacket, at least one jacket manifold formed through the cooling jacket and a thermal compensation base layer thermally coupled to the cooling jacket. The cooling jacket is mounted around a circumference of the motor and has a mounting surface concentric with the circumference of the motor. The mounting surface is coupled to the first surface of the flexible PCB. The at least one jacket manifold has a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet defining a fluid flow area therebetween. The thermal compensation base layer is thermally coupled to the cooling jacket and the one or more switching semiconductor devices.

A power module of a medium-high-voltage isolated converter is disclosed. The power module includes a first circuit, a second circuit, a transformer and a shielding structure. A potential of the first circuit is greater than a potential of the second circuit. The transformer includes a first leading wire electrically connected to the first circuit, and a second leading wire electrically connected to the second circuit. The shielding structure is disposed between the transformer and the second circuit. The second leading wire is electrically connected between the transformer and the second circuit through the shielding structure, and the shielding structure is maintained at a constant potential.
