Three-dimensional memory devices and fabricating methods thereof
A method for forming a gate structure of a 3D memory device is provided. The method comprises forming an array wafer including a periphery region and a staircase and array region. A process of forming the array wafer comprises forming an array well structure in a first substrate in the periphery region, forming an array device on the first substrate in the staircase and array region, and forming at least one vertical through contact in the periphery region and in contact with the array well structure. The method further comprises forming a CMOS wafer, and bonding the array wafer and the CMOS wafer. The method further comprises forming at least one through substrate contact penetrating the first substrate and the array well structure, and in contact with the at least one vertical through contact.
Semiconductor device having an inter-layer via (ILV), and method of making same
A method of making a semiconductor device includes forming a first memory device, connecting a first word line to the first memory device, forming at least a first via, forming a second memory device, connecting a second word line to the second memory device, connecting a bit line to the first memory device and connecting the bit line to the second memory device by the first via. The first and second memory devices are separated by an inter-layer dielectric, and the first via connects the first memory device and the second memory device.

An integrated circuit read only memory (ROM) structure includes a first ROM transistor with a first gate electrode, a first source, and a first drain, and a second ROM transistor with a second gate electrode, a second source, and a second drain. A drain conductive line is over the first drain and the second drain, and is between the first drain and the second drain. The first drain, the drain conductive line and the second drain are between the first gate electrode and the second gate electrode, and a first trench isolation structure electrically isolates the first drain from the first source is below the first gate electrode.
Semiconductor memory device and method of forming the same
The present invention provides a semiconductor memory device and a fabricating method thereof. The semiconductor memory device includes a substrate, a plurality of capacitors and a supporting layer disposed on the substrate, wherein each of the capacitors is connected with at least one of the adjacent capacitors through the supporting layer. Each of the capacitors includes first electrodes, a high-k dielectric layer and a second electrode, and the high-k dielectric layer is disposed between the first electrodes and the second electrode. Due to the supporting layer directly contacts the high-k dielectric layer through a surface thereof, and the high-k dielectric layer completely covers the surface, the second electrode may be formed directly within openings with an enlarged dimension. Accordingly, the process difficulty of performing the deposition and etching processes within the openings may be reduced, and the capacitance of the capacitors is further increased.
SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE INCLUDING HETEROJUNCTION BIPOLAR TRANSISTOR
A semiconductor device includes a substrate, at least one heterojunction bipolar transistor including a semiconductor unit and an electrode unit, an insulation unit, and a heat dissipation unit. The insulation unit covers the substrate and the heterojunction bipolar transistor such that a collector electrode, a base electrode and an emitter electrode of the electrode unit are electrically isolated from one another. The insulation unit is formed with an opening to expose an electrode wire of the emitter electrode. The heat dissipation unit covers the electrode wire and is made of an electrically conductive and heat dissipating material, and has a thickness that is not less than 3 μm.

Pressure sensor and manufacturing method thereof
A pressure sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The pressure sensor includes a thin-film transistor (TFT) array and a pressure-sensitive layer covering the TFT array. The pressure-sensitive layer includes a plurality of insulating layers and one of one-directional materials arranged on the same plane and two-directional materials. The insulating layers and the one- or two-directional materials are alternately stacked so as to effectively enhance pressure resolution.
