ORGANIC COMPOUND, AND ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE AND ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
An embodiment of the present invention provides an organic compound represented by following Formula:

wherein each of X.sub.1 to X.sub.5 is independently selected from a carbon atom (C) or a nitrogen atom (N), and at least two or three of X.sub.1 to X.sub.5 are N, wherein each of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 is independently selected from a substituted or non-substituted aryl group or a substituted or non-substituted heteroaryl group, and “a” is an integer between zero (0) to 3, and wherein each of L.sub.1 and L.sub.2 is independently selected from a substituted or non-substituted arylene group or a substituted or non-substituted heteroarylene group, and “b” is zero (0) or 1. The present invention also provides an organic light emitting diode and an organic light emitting display device including the organic compound. The organic compound of the present invention is capable of reducing a driving voltage of an organic light emitting diode and improves a current efficiency and a lifetime of the organic light emitting diode and the organic light emitting display device including the same.
Organic Light-Emitting Display Panel and Device
An organic light-emitting display panel and an organic light-emitting display device are disclosed, wherein the organic light-emitting display panel includes: a substrate, a cathode, a first auxiliary functional structure, a light-emitting structure and an anode that are successively laminated; wherein, the material of both the anode and the cathode is silver or a silver-containing metallic material, and a micro-cavity structure is formed between the cathode and the anode; the first auxiliary functional structure includes at least one of an electron injection layer, an electron transport layer and a hole blocking layer, and the first auxiliary functional structure is multiplexed as a micro-cavity length adjusting structure.
ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE
An organic light-emitting display device with improved light efficiency includes a plurality of pixel electrodes each corresponding one of at least a first, second, or third pixel; a pixel-defining layer covering an edge and exposing a central portion of the pixel electrodes; an intermediate layer over the pixel electrode and including an emission layer; an opposite electrode over the intermediate layer; and a lens layer over the opposite electrode and including a plurality of condensing lenses each having a circular lower surface. For the first pixel, a ratio B/A ranges from about 1.34 to about 2.63. For the second pixel, B/A ranges from about 1.43 to about 3.00, For the third pixel, B/A ranges from about 1.30 to about 2.43. An area of the portion of the pixel electrode exposed by the pixel-defining layer is A, and an area of the lower surface of the condensing lens is B.

An organic electroluminescence display device includes: a lower electrode that is made of a conductive inorganic material and formed in each of pixels arranged in a matrix in a display area; a light-emitting organic layer that is in contact with the lower electrode and made of a plurality of different organic material layers including a light-emitting layer emitting light; an upper electrode that is in contact with the light-emitting organic layer, formed so as to cover the whole of the display area, and made of a conductive inorganic material; and a conductive organic layer that is in contact with the upper electrode, formed so as to cover the whole of the display area, and made of a conductive organic material.

Display apparatus with image acquisition region, manufacturing method and operating method thereof
A display apparatus includes a display panel having an image acquisition region within a display area, and an image acquisition device over a side of the display panel opposing to its display surface. The image acquisition device is at a position corresponding to the image acquisition region, and is configured to capture an image based on lights from an outside pattern over a side of the display panel proximal to the display surface. The display panel includes a substrate and a plurality of light-emitting elements over the substrate. The plurality of light-emitting elements comprises one or more first light-emitting elements positionally within the image acquisition region. At least one first light-emitting element includes a non-transparent electrode provided with at least one through-hole configured to allow the lights from the outside pattern to pass through the display panel.

An electroluminescent display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and an electroluminescent display apparatus, are disclosed. The display substrate includes: a base substrate; an electroluminescent element on the base substrate, the electroluminescent element including a first electrode layer, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode layer which are disposed in sequence on the base substrate; an encapsulating layer disposed on the base substrate and covering the electroluminescent element; an aperture, the aperture at least penetrating the encapsulating layer; and at least one eave structure on the base substrate, the at least one eave structure surrounding the aperture, and being located between the aperture and the electroluminescent element. Each eave structure includes at least one undercut at one end of the eave structure close to the base substrate, and at least one of the light-emitting layer and the second electrode layer is disconnected at the at least one undercut.

A display panel includes: a substrate including an opening area, a display area, and a non-display area, the display area surrounding the opening area, and the non-display area being between the opening area and the display area; a plurality of display elements at the display area of the substrate, each of the display elements including a pixel electrode, an emission layer on the pixel electrode, and an opposite electrode on the emission layer; a thin-film encapsulation layer covering the plurality of display elements; a dam at the non-display area, and protruding from a top surface of a first insulating layer; and a recess between the opening area and the dam, and recessed in a depth direction of the first insulating layer. A lateral wall of the dam meets a first lateral wall from among lateral walls of the recess, the first lateral wall being adjacent to the display area.
LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE
The light-emitting device includes a thin film transistor having a channel layer made of a first n-type semiconductor; a cathode electrically connected to a drain of the thin film transistor and made of a second n-type semiconductor; an anode facing the cathode; and a light-emitting layer provided between the cathode and the anode.
