Protective display film with glass
A display film includes a transparent glass layer having a thickness of 250 micrometers or less, or in a range from 25 to 100 micrometers. A transparent energy dissipation layer is fixed to the transparent glass layer. The transparent energy dissipation layer has a glass transition temperature of 27 degrees Celsius or less, a Tan Delta peak value of 0.5 or greater, or from 1 to 2 and a Young's Modulus (E′) greater than 0.9 MPa over a temperature range of −40 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius. In a preferred embodiment, the transparent energy dissipation layer comprises a cross-linked polyurethane layer or a cross-linked polyurethane acrylate layer.
Flexible organic light emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same
An OLED device includes a substrate having a display region including a pixel region and first and second peripheral regions surrounding the pixel region. A bending region is between the display region and the second peripheral region. A buffer layer has a first opening exposing an upper surface of the substrate. A plurality of pixel structures is disposed in the pixel region on the buffer layer. An insulation layer structure is disposed on the buffer layer. The insulation layer structure has a second opening exposing an upper surface of the substrate that is disposed in the bending region and a first portion of the buffer layer that is disposed adjacent to the bending region. A fan-out wiring is disposed between two adjacent insulation layers of the plurality of insulation layers. The fan-out wiring is disposed in the first peripheral region and/or the second peripheral region.

Disclosed herein are a stretchable display panel and a stretchable device. The stretchable display panel comprises: a lower substrate having an active area and a non-active area surrounding the active area; a plurality of individual substrates disposed on the lower substrate, spaced apart from each other and located in the active area; a connection line electrically connecting a pad disposed on the individual substrate; a plurality of pixels disposed on the plurality of individual substrates; and an upper substrate disposed above the plurality of pixels, wherein the modulus of elasticity of the individual substrates is higher than that of at least one part of the lower substrate. Accordingly, the stretchable display device according to the present disclosure may have a structure that enables the stretchable display device to be more easily deformed when a user stretches or bends the stretchable display device and that can minimize damage to the components of the stretchable display device when the stretchable display device is deformed.

The stretchable display panel includes: a base substrate; a transistor on the base substrate, the transistor includes a gate electrode layer and an active layer that are at least partially stacked; and a voltage compensation layer, the voltage compensation layer is located between the transistor and the base substrate, wherein the voltage compensation layer is applied with a compensation voltage that depends on a stretching amount of the stretchable display panel.

The display panel includes a base substrate, a light-emitting layer provided on the base substrate and configured to include a light-emitting element, a thin-film encapsulation layer configured to seal the light-emitting element, and a thin-film transistor (TFT) film configured to supply a signal to the light-emitting element, a polarizing film provided on the light-emitting layer, and a protective film provided on the polarizing film. The TFT film is extended from the base substrate at the curved edge to cover an edge of the base substrate.

A thin film packaging structure includes a first inorganic packaging layer for covering a device to be packaged; an organic packaging layer formed at a side of the first inorganic packaging layer; a second inorganic packaging layer formed at a side of the organic packaging layer facing away from the first inorganic packaging layer; and at least one first inorganic adjusting layer formed at a side of the first inorganic packaging layer facing away from the device to be packaged. The at least one first inorganic adjusting layer has an elasticity modulus greater than that of the first inorganic packaging layer or the second inorganic packaging layer.
