Adjustable escutcheon assembly

An adjustable escutcheon assembly is provided which can be installed flush against a ceiling, wall, or other surface where a supply pipe exits the ceiling, wall, or surface at various angles. The assembly includes a fitting having a curved bearing surface and an aperture for receiving the supply pipe, a retainer which bears against and is adjustable with respect to the curved bearing surface of the fitting, and an escutcheon plate mountable to the retainer. During installation, the retainer and escutcheon plate can be rotated with respect to the pipe and fitting in order to allow flush installation of the retainer and escutcheon against the ceiling, wall, or surface at a variety of angles.

Hydrant mounting bracket

A mounting bracket for a hydrant that is fully concealed by the hydrant head. The mounting bracket is fastened to the structure and includes tabs which engage the hydrant head to tightly secure the hydrant to the structure. The hydrant head includes a structure engaging periphery such that the mounting screws are fully concealed and protected from the environment.

An embodiment of a fluid valve includes a substantially flat face plate, a receptacle, a cavity, and a valve assembly. The receptacle is disposed in the face plate and has at least one protrusion each configured to engage a respective at least one groove of a valve-opening-and-fluid-dispensing device. The cavity has a front end in fluid communication with the receptacle, and has a rear end. And the valve assembly is disposed in the cavity, includes a first sealing ring, is configured to form a seal by urging the sealing ring against the rear end of the cavity in response to the valve-opening-and-fluid-dispensing device being absent from the receptacle, and is configured to allow fluid to flow into the rear end of the cavity in response to the valve-opening-and-fluid-dispensing device being disposed in the receptacle.

Drain control assembly

A drain control assembly for moving a drain valve assembly between an open position and a closed position through movement of a cable. Existing plumbing fixtures, such as hose bibs, sillcocks, spigots often become loose over time due to stripped holes of securing screws, rusted screws, deterioration of material behind, or inadequate installation from the start. A fixture accessory adapted to tighten the loose fixture can include a plate or split-plate assembly that can slide behind the fixture to secure it without removing the fixture. The fixture can be secured to the plate by a variety of attachment means such as screws, bolts, clamps, or an adhesive, and the plate can be secured to the wall by a variety of attachment means. Also disclosed is a system to firmly hold a freeze-prevention cover over a plumbing fixture.

Escutcheon

An escutcheon mountable on a pipe having compression ferrule thereon, having a body with an annular body wall and an inner body sidewall portion defining a body opening, and an insert having an annular insert wall portion, an outer insert sidewall portion extending about the annular insert wall portion and sized to fit within the central body opening with the outer insert sidewall portion, and a plurality of inwardly extending members. The members being resiliently bendable between a first position with the inward free-end portions being in gripping contact with the pipe and a second position with the inward free-end portions defining a central insert opening sized to permit the insert to pass by the ferrule on the pipe as the escutcheon is pressed onto the pipe and then return to the first position.
