A fluid pressure reducing valve apparatus includes a pressure reducing valve. The valve has: a body containing a fluid-flow chamber, a liquid supply orifice into the chamber, a liquid outlet from the chamber, a regulation plate opposed to the orifice, a spring acting to urge the plate towards the orifice, and a diaphragm between the plate and the body to close the chamber between them. A controllable motor drive acts between the body and an end of the spring remote from the plate. A flow meter is positioned downstream of the outlet. A controller is arranged to receive flow data from the flow meter and to control the motor drive for withdrawal of the remote end of the spring in accordance with flow rate measured by the flow meter. For an increase in demand flow, the plate is partially withdrawn to maintain downstream pressure on such increase and vice versa.

Product dispensing system

The piston having an open position and a closed position. A piston spring connected to the piston is also includes and at least one secondary orifice. The movement of the piston to the open position at least partially opens the at least one secondary orifice and the movement of the piston to the closed position at least partially closes the at least one secondary orifice. The movement of the armature actuates the piston movement and controls fluid flow from the primary orifice through the at least one secondary orifice.

In certain embodiments, an automatic flow control assembly includes a vacuum system configured to suction a vacuum fume flow through an internal passage of a welding fume gun. The automatic flow control assembly also includes a sensor configured to measure a parameter related to the vacuum fume flow. The automatic flow control assembly further includes a flow regulation device configured to regulate an ambient air flow introduced into the vacuum fume flow. In addition, the automatic flow control assembly includes control circuitry configured to control the flow regulation device based at least in part on the measured parameter related to the vacuum fume flow.
