09777844 · 2017-10-03 · ·

A valve, in particular a pilot-operated proportional directional poppet valve, has a valve housing (7) with a fluid inlet (21) and a fluid outlet (23). The fluid stream between the fluid inlet (21) and the fluid outlet (23) is adjustable by a main piston (27). A pilot valve chamber (37) provided on a rear face (29) of the main piston (27) has a pilot valve closing member (33) movable by an actuating device (69). By closing member (33) the fluid stream between the pilot valve chamber (37) and the fluid outlet (23) can be adjusted. An inlet aperture (3) is arranged between the fluid inlet (21) and the pilot valve chamber (37). A maximum volumetric flow controller (5) is in the main piston (27) in an outflow between the pilot valve chamber (37) and the fluid outlet (23).

Pressure vacuum relief valve

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed toward a pressure vacuum relief valve and a seal assembly of the pressure vacuum relief valve. The seal assembly includes a ribbed substrate disposed against a flanged seat of the pressure vacuum relief valve. The ribbed substrate includes ribs extending from a base of the ribbed substrate. The seal assembly also includes a pallet coupled to and disposed below the ribbed substrate. The pallet includes a top ring, a bottom ring, and a flexible diaphragm captured between the top ring and the bottom ring. The flexible diaphragm of the pallet is configured to seal against the ribbed substrate in a sealed position. The pallet and ribbed substrate are configured to move together away from the flanged seat when a pressure on a sealed side of the pressure vacuum relief valve exceeds a maximum pressure threshold. The pallet is also configured to pivot open at an angle relative to the sealed position of the pallet when the pressure on the sealed side of the pressure vacuum relief valve falls below a minimum pressure threshold.

Device for equalizing a pressure difference for an aircraft

A device that equalizes an aircraft pressure difference has a separating wall, fixable to the aircraft, and a decompression valve. The wall is for fluidically separating first and second spaces, and has a flow opening that fluidically connects the spaces. The valve closes the flow opening. A securing element on the valve or wall enables a release of the valve when a pressure gradient between the spaces is exceeded, such that there is a fluidic connection between the spaces. The receiving element on the wall or valve is connected to the receiving element. The securing element has a rotary element and fixing elements. The rotary element is rotatably mounted about a rotational shaft. The rotary element is receivable in the receiving element. The fixing elements non-rotatably fix the rotary element beneath the predetermined pressure gradient. At least one of the fixing elements is a spring.

Check valve and assembly for fluid storage container

A check valve assembly includes a valve, cam and arm with float rotatably connected to the valve for insertion into a fluid storage container for filling of the container without overfilling. The valve includes a channel of narrowing diameter and restricting member movably retained within the channel. One end of the restricting member rides along the cam profile as the arm rotates the cam with the changing fluid levels. When the fluid reaches maximum fill level, the restricting member contacting the cam drops into the cam valley, driving the restricting member head into engagement with the channel neck walls and automatically sealing off the valve. First and second biasing members are disposed in the channel, preferably around the stem, and collectively provide counter force sufficient to overcome the frictional forces of the seal to open valve and move the restricting member upward.

Valve for opening and closing a line system

The application relates to a valve for a line system, comprising a valve body which forms a valve seat, a line system with a supply line for supplying a fluid to the valve seat and with a discharge line for discharging the fluid from the valve seat, which fluid is under a supply pressure in the supply line and under a working pressure in the discharge line, a closing element which interacts with the valve seat for opening and closing the line system, which closing element releases a throttle cross section between the valve seat and the closing element, a restoring element which applies a restoring force on the closing element, which restoring force presses the closing element against the valve seat in order to close the line system, and a pressure chamber in which the fluid is under a closing pressure to close the line system.

Clutch regulator for vehicle

A clutch regulator for vehicle comprises a main body provided with an oil passage inside thereof; an opening and closing member provided inside of the main body in a slide manner to open and close the oil passage; an elastic member configured to elastically press the opening and closing member toward the oil passage side; and a plug member installed in the main body to support the elastic member.

Valve connected to a feed circuit, a feed circuit comprising such a valve and a feeding method operating such a feed circuit

This valve includes a first chamber, a second chamber, a seat with a liquid passage, a plug movable between i) an open position and ii) a closed position, and a biasing member for urging the plug toward the closed position.
