Device and method for limiting or keeping constant a flowing quantity of liquid
A device for limiting or keeping constant a quantity of fluid flowing therethrough, includes: a housing with a front chamber and a rear chamber; a partition arranged in the housing with two or more openings; and a flow limiting element arranged in one or both openings. The flow limiting element includes a housing provided with an inlet, an outlet and a throughflow opening; and a resilient plate-like valve element mounted in the housing, substantially able to close the throughflow opening by resilient movement in the direction of a valve seat arranged in the housing adjacently of the throughflow opening. The valve element is fixed on one side and can move resiliently on the opposite side in the direction of the valve seat. A mould produces one or more injection-moulded products. The injection-moulded product is a flow limiter for limiting the force of the flow of a fluid flowing therethrough.
Valve unit, filter head for a valve unit, and filter system
A valve unit has a plate-shaped valve body with a closure section and a connection section. The valve body has a cutout surrounded by a frame. The closure section has a closure tab that, beginning at a first fastening section at the frame, projects into the cutout. The connection section, beginning at a second fastening section at the frame, projects into the cutout and has a contact tab and a fastening point. The first and second fastening sections are arranged opposite each other at the frame along a longitudinal axis of the valve body. A filter head for the valve unit has a valve seat for a seal body of the closure section of the valve body. A fastening pin of the filter head fastens the connection section of the valve unit. A contact region of the filter head contacts a positioning region of the valve unit.
Reciprocating Compressor Valves Arrangement
The present relation relates to the technological field of compressors. Problem to be solved: The current reciprocating compressors valves arrangements includes valves whose flexion area suffer from direct interference of the body disposed immediately over said valve. Such feature, besides damaging de valve movement, further causes wear phenomena on the flexion areas of the valve, which can result in critical fault of the valve and consequently of the compressor. Resolution of the problem: It is revealed a valve arrange whose end valve capable of moving includes a flexion area previously defined and intentionally misaligned with any contact area of the body immediately disposed over the valve.
FLOW-CONTROLLING UNIT HAVING FUNCTION OF LIMITING TILTING ANGLE OF FLOW-CONTROLLING PIECE
A flow-controlling unit having a function of limiting the tilting angle of a flow-controlling piece which includes a flow-controlling plate, which is disposed perpendicular to the moving direction of a fluid in a flow channel. The flow-controlling plate includes first fluid through-holes through which the fluid passes and flow-controlling pieces which are provided in a part corresponding to the first fluid through-holes. The flow-controlling pieces are inclined in the direction of the inflow of the fluid and control the degree of opening of the first fluid through-holes by being tilted due to pressure applied from hydraulic pressure of the fluid. A tilting-angle-limiting plate has second fluid through-holes which communicate with the first fluid through-holes, wherein the diameter of the second fluid through-holes is smaller than the diameter of the first fluid through-holes, allowing the flow-controlling pieces to be supported to limit the tilting angle of the flow-controlling pieces.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR LIMITING OR KEEPING CONSTANT A FLOWING QUANTITY OF LIQUID
Device for limiting or keeping constant a quantity of fluid flowing therethrough, comprising: a housing which comprises a front chamber and a rear chamber, a partition arranged in the housing and provided with two or more openings; and a flow limiting element arranged in one or both openings, the flow limiting element comprises the following: a housing provided with an inlet, an outlet and a throughflow opening; and a resilient plate-like valve element which is mounted in the housing and which can substantially close the throughflow opening by resilient movement in the direction of a valve seat arranged in the housing adjacently of the throughflow opening, wherein the valve element is fixed on one side and the valve element can move resiliently on the opposite side in the direction of the valve seat. Mould for producing one or more injection-moulded products, wherein at least a part of the mould is movable and adjustable from the outer side such that the size and/or the shape of the mould cavity is adjustable. The injection moulded product is a flow limiter for limiting the force of the flow of a fluid flowing therethrough, comprising: a housing provided with an inlet, an outlet and a throughflow opening; and a resilient plate-like valve element which is mounted in the housing and which can substantially close the throughflow opening by resilient movement in the direction of a valve seat arranged adjacency of the throughflow opening in the housing, wherein the valve element is fixed on one side and the valve element can move resiliently on the opposite side in the direction of the valve seat.
Respirator having noncircular centroid-mounted exhalation valve
A respirator 10 that has a mask body 12 and a harness 16 has an exhalation valve 23 that includes a valve seat 36 and a flexible flap 42. The valve seat 36 has an orifice 38 and has a noncircular seal surface 40 surrounding the orifice 38. The flexible flap 42 is secured to the valve seat 36 at a centroid of the orifice and has a variable stiffness structure. The variable stiffness structure allows the flap to equally deflect under a given load at different distances from the centroid at the noncircular seal surface. An exhalation valve having this construction may beneficially optimize pressure drop and overall valve performance for applications where valve space may be limited.
Check-valve
[Problem] To provide a check-valve in which the occurrence of damage such as tearing, deformation, etc., can be suppressed. [Solution] A check-valve opens and closes an opening provided in a main body and prevents a backflow of a fluid passing through the opening; and the check-valve includes a base part 71 which is flexible, and a valve part 72 which opens and closes the opening, has a thickness thinner than a thickness of the base part 71, and is connected to the base part 71 in a state in which a periphery of the valve part 72 is surrounded with the base part 71. The valve part 72 seals the opening in a normal state of the valve part 72 being pre-urged toward the main body by an elasticity of the base part 71, and opens the opening when the fluid passes through the opening in one direction.
