The fluid is supplied from the inlet to the first fluid conveying pipe, and the fluid is conveyed to the fluid manifolds along the first fluid conveying pipe, and flows into the second fluid conveying pipe through the fluid manifolds and flows out from the outlet.

Gas temperature reducing system for regulating delivery of a high-pressure gas

A system provides regulated delivery of a high-pressure gas. A first flow path, coupled to a high-pressure gas source, is in fluid communication with a chamber. A flow restrictor, disposed in the first flow path, slows the gas traveling along the first flow path to the chamber. A second flow path, coupled to the high-pressure gas source, is in fluid communication with the chamber. A third flow path connects the chamber to a pressure regulator. A valve, disposed in the second flow path, seals the second flow path when gas pressure at the source exceeds gas pressure in the chamber. The valve opens the second flow path when the gas pressure at the source is balanced with the gas pressure in the chamber allowing the high-pressure gas to flow to the regulator via the third flow path.

A high purity water delivery system has a reservoir (40) of purified water. A distribution line (42) extends downstream from an outlet (44) of the reservoir to a return (46) of the reservoir. A plurality of delivery stations each include an outlet (54) and a diverter (102; 102; 102; 102). The diverter has an upstream inlet port (104) along the distribution line and a downstream outlet port (106) along the distribution line. The diverter has a supply port (108) downstream of the inlet port and a return port (110) downstream of the supply port. The diverter has a flow restriction (112; 112; 216) between the supply port and the return port. Each delivery station includes a flow control valve (56) between the outlet on the one hand and the supply port and return port on the other hand.

Filter cleaning apparatus

There is provided a cleaning apparatus for unclogging an irrigation emitter inlet filter by dislodging or crushing or breaking a trapped solids. In some embodiments, a ram pushes the trapped solids out of a fluid inlet of the emitter. In other embodiment, a constriction provided for retaining a particle has a changeable interior cross section. By changing the cross section of the constriction, the constriction is unclogged. In alternative embodiments the filtration member may include two rigid members moving in relation one to the other or the filtration member may be elastic. In further alternate embodiments the cleaning may be activated automatically or manually.
