A device and a method for manufacturing a laminated iron core are provided for including: a first supply unit of supplying a first adhesive to a first part of a predetermined region, the predetermined region corresponding to a punched member of a strip-shaped metal sheet intermittently fed in one predetermined direction; a second supply unit arranged at a downstream side in a conveyance direction of the metal sheet with respect to the first supply unit, and of supplying a second adhesive to a second part different from the first part of the predetermined region; and a punching unit of punching the predetermined region of the metal sheet to which the first supply unit and the second supply unit supply the first adhesive and the second adhesive, so as to form the punched member having the first adhesive and the second adhesive applied on the first part and the second part.
Stacking apparatus and stack manufacturing system
To provide a stacking apparatus and a stack manufacturing system having high accuracy and productivity. A stacking apparatus 10 includes: a stage unit 4 on which a material to be stacked 90 is placed; a sandwiching member 11 that is vertically movable with respect to the stage unit 4, and between which and the stage unit 4 the material to be stacked 90 is sandwiched; a press member 13 that is vertically movable with respect to the sandwiching member 11 and presses the material to be stacked 90; and a guide pin 14 that guides a stack 91a pressed and stamped out of the material to be stacked 90 by the press member 13.
Applicator for die-cut parts and method for applying die-cut parts to surfaces, and a die-cut part strip
The invention relates to an applicator for die-cut parts (2), having a die-cut part strip (1) with a longitudinal direction (L) having a carrier layer (3) and an adhesive layer (4), where an outer contour of the die-cut parts (2) is punched through the carrier layer and adhesive layer (3, 4) down to predetertnined breaking points (18) and a die-cut part complement (19) protrudes beyond the die-cut parts (2) continuously laterally to a longitudinal direction (L), and a punch head (8) over which the die-cut part strip (1) runs, where the die-cut parts (2) running over the punch head (8) face away from the punch head (8) by their adhesive layer (4), and the die-cut parts (2) can be pressed by means of the punch head (8) onto a surface (11).
Method of manufacturing a combustible heat source
There is provided a method of manufacturing a combustible heat source having a barrier, the method including providing a mold defining a cavity; placing a particulate component in the mold cavity; placing a laminar component, adjacent the mold, to cover the cavity opening; and compressing the particulate component to form the combustible heat source, wherein, during the compression step, the barrier is formed by punching the laminar component using a punch and the mold, the punch acting on the barrier to compress the particulate component and affix the barrier to the combustible heat source.
Apparatus and method for bonding sheet metal parts to a laminated core
An apparatus and method for bonding sheet metal parts to a laminated core in which sheet metal parts are punched from an electrical steel strip, the punched sheet metal parts are stacked and bonded at least integrally to form a plurality of laminated cores, and in order to facilitate the separation of the integrally bonded sheet metal parts into laminated cores, a separating agent is provided at least between two stacked sheet metal parts in that with the punching stage for punching the sheet metal part, the separating agent is both punched from a separating agent support and provided to the sheet metal part. In order to embody the application of a geometrically accurate separating agent in a reproducible and simple way, it is proposed that the separating agent be punched from the sheet-like separating agent support that is supplied below the electrical steel strip.
System for applying interface materials
A system for applying thermal interface materials to components includes a supply of thermal interface material and a die. The die is operable for pushing against and/or removing a portion of the thermal interface material that is between the die and a corresponding one of the components. The portion of the thermal interface material is removed from the supply and applied to the corresponding one of the components.
DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED IRON CORE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED IRON CORE
