Device for forming separation starting point, stack manufacturing apparatus, and method for forming separation starting point

A device for forming a separation starting point that allows separation of a surface layer of a processed member to form a remaining portion is provided. A manufacturing device of a stack including a support and a remaining portion of a processed member whose surface layer is separated is provided. The device for forming the separation starting point includes a stage that supports the processed member, a cutter that faces the stage, a head portion that supports the cutter, an arm portion that supports the head portion, and a moving mechanism that relatively moves the cutter to the stage.

Adhesive tape dispenser and an adhesive tape roll

The present disclosure relates to an adhesive tape dispenser, for an adhesive tape roll having a core element, said dispenser essentially consisting of or comprising a carrier unit, in particular a housing, at least one grip member being connected, in particular via a connecting member, to the carrier unit for handling of the adhesive tape dispenser, a first bearing member essentially consisting of or comprising a rotatable bearing shaft arranged and adjusted for receiving the core element of an adhesive tape roll and for rotatably supporting said roll which is directly or indirectly arranged on and/or fastened to the carrier unit, a second bearing member essentially consisting of or comprising an, in particular non-rotatable, bearing shaft, which is directly or indirectly arranged on and/or fastened to the carrier unit, and a receiving member arranged and adjusted for receiving the core element of an adhesive tape roll that is rotatably arrangeable or supported on said second bearing shaft, an, in particular rotatable, applicator unit for attaching the adhesive tape to objects which is directly or indirectly joined to the carrier unit or which is integral with said carrier unit, at least one fastening means for a cutting blade, which is directly or indirectly joined to the carrier unit or which is integral with said carrier unit, and optionally a cutting blade held by said fastening means, wherein the grip member and applicator unit are located on opposite sides of the first or second bearing member and/or of the center of gravity of the dispenser. Furthermore the disclosure relates to an adhesive tape roll consisting of or comprising a core which comprises a receiving opening extending through the core in the longitudinal direction and an adhesive tape which is wound onto the core, wherein the core consists of or comprises a plastic material or a metal material, that the receiving opening which extends through the core has a polygonal cross-section, and that at least one stop is provided at an end of the receiving opening.

Apparatus and method for removing pressure adhesive labels from backing and affixing to target substrate

A system, apparatus, and method for removing pressure adhesive indicia, such as labels or stamps, from their backing and affixing the same to a target substrate is provided. The automated process affixes stamps, for example, to the target substrate with both speed and precision of placement. Desired stamps can be selectively removed from a backing, for example, can be placed on variable locations upon the target substrate, and can be affixed in the desired orientation with precise spacing between stamps. The precision of affixation afforded by this system is commensurate with philatelic standards and is suitable for all pressure adhesive indicia where rapid and precise placement is desired for aesthetic or other reasons.
