A seamless undermount sink system includes a solid countertop having a sink mounting aperture defining an inner periphery disposed therethrough. The system also includes a sink having a sidewall with a rimless upper edge defining an outer periphery therearound. A mounting assembly is attached to a portion of the sink, and an interface is formed between the sink and the solid countertop. A sealing assembly is disposed in the interface between the rimless upper edge of the sink and the solid countertop to prevent water, food, or other debris from getting in between the sink and the solid countertop.

SELF-SEALING CLOSET FLANGE
20170321410 · 2017-11-09 ·

A closet flange system with attached bolts on the anterior surface and a beveled edge on the posterior surface, a groove on the anterior surface fhr an O-ring to form a seal between the bottom of the toilet and the anterior edge of the closet flange. The anterior surface is connected to a midsection of the closet flange, which includes a keeper ring, securing the position of the closet flange within a drain pipe by preventing removal. An additional O-ring may be positioned on the midsection to block fluid and gas from the drain from rising to contact the keeper ring or escaping outside of the drain pipe. The beveled edge guides the end of the flange into the drain pipe. The system includes bolts which attach the closet flange to the bottom of the toilet before the system is attached to the drain pipe at the floor surface.

Production method of bathroom hardware shells

A method that includes heating a bar having an outer diameter and a length to a first temperature for a first time; extruding the heated bar to form a hollow blank having a wall thickness; forming a semi-finished blank by closing one end; bending the semi-finished blank to have an angle between first and second parts of the semi-finished blank; placing the bent semi-finished blank in a die, which is heated to a second temperature; forming a shell by injecting a gas onto or into the bent semi-finished blank after closing the die through a gas inlet in the die at a pressure for a second time, which causes the bent semi-finished blank to fit a cavity of the bathroom hardware shell shaping die; removing the shell from the die and forming a water faucet hole therein; and plating an outer surface of the shell with a coating.

Elastomeric emitter and methods relating to same

An irrigation drip emitter, and methods relating to same, are provided for delivering irrigation water from a supply tube to an emitter outlet at a reduced and relatively constant flow rate. The emitter defining an inlet, outlet and flow passage extending between the inlet and outlet. In one form, the emitter includes a root growth inhibiting member disposed in the outlet of the emitter. In another form, the emitter includes stepped flippers for controlling fluid flow through the emitter. In yet another form, the emitter includes disconnected or freestanding outlet walls disposed in the outlet for preventing the outlet from collapsing under increased fluid line pressure without creating dead ends where grit can build-up. In other forms, the emitter defines one or more recess within which inserts may be disposed so the emitter and insert collectively define a fluid flow passage. Related methods are also disclosed herein.
