Method for producing ceramic honeycomb body
A method for producing a ceramic honeycomb body having large numbers of longitudinal cells partitioned by cell walls, with its peripheral portion removed by machining, includes rotatably holding the ceramic honeycomb body on a main axis of a lathe, and rotating the ceramic honeycomb body around the main axis, to remove its peripheral portion by machining with a tool; the lathe comprising a first fixing jig on the main axis, and a second fixing jig substantially opposing the first fixing jig; each of the first and second fixing jigs having an abutting end portion opposing each other, the abutting end portion having a smaller outer shape than that of the end surface of the ceramic honeycomb body, and the abutting portion having a substantially flat abutting end surface perpendicular to the main axis.
Reinforcing method and arrangement for foldable furniture
A reinforcing arrangement for reinforcing a joint portion between two support units of a foldable furniture object, comprising a first mounting unit which comprises a first mounting body and a first guiding member outwardly protruded from the first mounting body mounting on the first support unit; a second mounting unit which comprises a second mounting body and a second guiding member or a second guiding groove complimentary to and moveably engaging with the first mounting unit to define a maximum extending angle of movement, thereby the first and second support unit are guided to lock into position at an unfolded position at the maximum extending angle and to unlock at a folded position; and a connecting unit pivotally connecting the first support unit and the second support unit between which the two mounting units are positioned, thereby the joint portion is reinforced.

Grilling apparatus
A grilling apparatus having a grate and a collection basin. The grate is configured to support food items during a cooking operation and includes a first, second, third, and fourth support member. The collection basin is configured to support the grate during the cooking operation and includes a domed bottom surface having an apex substantially centered in the collection basin, and a first, second, third, and fourth diversion channel along the domed bottom surface, where each diversion channel is configured to channel substances that fall from the grate. The collection basin also includes a first, second, and third basin void passing through the domed bottom surface, where the first basin void is positioned between the first and the second diversion channel, the second basin void is positioned between the second and the third diversion channel, and the third basin void is positioned between the third and the fourth diversion channel.
