Apparatus for transferring driving force at wheel for vehicle
An apparatus for transferring driving force at a wheel for a vehicle may include a housing of a constant velocity joint having a center of a first end portion formed to be penetrated and inserted into a hub bearing, and a step formed on an inner peripheral surface of a middle portion of the housing, a hub flange supporting an expansion part by the step by having one end portion coupled to a wheel side and another end portion inserted into the housing to thereby form the expansion part expanded in a radial direction, and a forming member installed in the housing to face the expansion part and having an outer peripheral surface supported by an inner peripheral surface of the housing.
Fastening structure for resin-foam core composite plate
In the present invention, a through-hole (2) and a compression periphery part (3a) at which the core of the resin foam (1c) is compressed are provided in a fastening part of a resin-foam core composite plate (1). A cylindrical part (11a) of a metallic fastening member (11) is inserted into the through-hole (2) from the proximal end side of a wall part (4). The fastening member (11) is crimped to the distal end of the wall part (4) via an eyelet member (12) placed on the outside of the wall part (4) so as to forcibly spread the cylindrical part (11a). The fastening member (11) and a counterpart member (A) are fastened together by tightening a nut (14) onto a bolt (13) inserted into the cylindrical part (11a).
Fastening device for a sandwich component
A snap-together fastening device includes a holding element and an actuating element. The holding element has one or more fixing arms that are actuatable from a mounting position into a fixing position. The actuating element is pluggable into an opening of the holding element, and has a top end and a bottom end. The actuating element deflects, in its position in which it is plugged into the holding element, at least one fixing arm into a fixing position. In its position in which it is plugged into the holding element an outermost edge of the actuating element, that is in the region of the top end, contacts an inner surface of the at least one fixing arm.
Side lock sleeve assembly
A side lock sleeve assembly includes: a first tube, a sleeve having a first coupling portion defining a first receiving space for sleeving over the first tube, wherein a hole is formed on the first coupling portion at a position between a center of the first receiving space and an outer surface of the sleeve; and a fastening screw having an operation section and an extension section, wherein a diameter of the screw gradually decreases from the operation section toward the extension section such that threadedly extension of the extension section through the hole to retain the extension section between the sleeve and the first tube and such that threadedly insertion of the extension section of the screw through the hole results in a threaded fitting portion on an outer surface of the first tube complementing with the extension section, thereby snugly receiving the extension section of the screw therein.
Cannulated disposable torque limiting device with plastic shaft
A torque-limiting device may include a shaft extending axially through upper and lower shanks, a spring, and a nut to an end opening of a handle. The upper and lower shanks may be under a force from the spring and further configured to selectively engage within a predetermined torque limit and disengage at above the predetermined torque limit. Accordingly, the shaft may receive torque up to the predetermined limit as provided by a user operating a handle of the torque-limiting device. The torque-limiting device may be disposable, reusable, economical, and have high torque capabilities. The shaft may be of a plastic material and include a lumen extending there through, and through which a variety of devices and materials may be delivered to a workpiece.
Method for the connection of sheet metal parts and component assembly as well as setting head and die button
A component assembly having a stacked arrangement comprising an upper and lower sheet part, of which at least one is formed as an organic sheet composite part, with an auxiliary joining part and with at least one apertured metal washer, wherein the auxiliary joining part has a functional section having an undercut at one end and also has a piercing section at the other end having a lateral shaft surface and a shaft recess formed therein, wherein the metal washer contacts a surface of the organic sheet composite part, with the functional section or the piercing section extending through an aperture of the metal washer and wherein washer material has been driven into the undercut or into the at least one shaft recess.
Constant velocity joint
A constant velocity joint having an inner hub, an annular outer hub, a plurality of balls and a shaft connection component, with the outer hub in contact with the shaft connection component. The shaft connection component has, at an end region facing the outer hub, a securing structure which is in contact with a contacting structure of the outer hub. The outer hub contacting structure includes recesses corresponding to the raised portions of shaft connection component. The raised portions engage in the recesses to form a securing structure. The tracks and the recesses of the outer hub are arranged axially in alignment with each other.
