WOOD-DRILL ADAPTER SYSTEMS
A wood-drill adapter system having a wood-drill adapter assembly. The wood-drill adapter assembly includes a core-bit-blank, an adapter-insert, and a set-screw. The core-bit-blank includes a hollow-tubular body, with the hollow-tubular-body including a hole; and the cap includes a cap-plate, and a threaded-coupler. The wood-drill adapter assembly is useful for allowing a user to use a coring-rotary-tool typically used for concrete drilling/coring to drill a circular-opening in a wooden-material using the wood-boring tool. The adapter-insert includes an upper-disc, a tubular-body, a lower-disc, and a set-screw-receiver. The upper-disc includes an upper-face, a lower-face, an outer-circumference, and an upper-aperture. The lower-disc includes an upper-surface, a lower-surface, an external-circumference, and an internal-circumference. The tubular-body includes an outside-circumference, an inside-circumference, an upper-rim, and a lower-rim.
QUICK-RELEASE COUPLING FOR DRILLING AND RELATED METHODS
An apparatus in the form of an adapter for forming a connection comprising a first part adapted for coupling with a second part by a quick-release coupling formed by a first projection of the first part having an at least partial dovetail shape and a recess of the second part having an at least partial dovetail shape. An opening in the recess is adapted for receiving the projection in an axial direction. In other embodiments, the adapter is: (1) frictionally enhanced for engaging an internal portion of the drilling element; (2) includes a radial projection elongated in an axial direction for engaging the internal portion of the one drilling element; and/or (3) has a cutter for scoring an internal portion of the one drilling element upon being inserted therein and rotated. An adapter is also disclosed for use with a drill check, including for creating a “twist lock” connection.

Rotary cutting tool assembly
The present invention relates to a rotary cutting tool assembly comprising a toolholder which has a central tool holding receptacle, and a cutting tool which has a holding projection that can be detachably held in the tool holding receptacle and via which the cutting tool is secured to and radially centered on the tool, wherein the holding projection has at its free end a pin-like, first centering section and an adjoining externally threaded section, wherein the holding projection ends in a radially outwardly projecting shoulder having an end face abutment surface, and the tool holding receptacle has an internally threaded section for receiving the externally threaded section and a first centering seat section which is positioned deeper within the tool holding receptacle and in which the centering section of the cutting tool is held.
Tool holder for connecting a diamond drill to a drill bit
A device for holding and securing a tool, in particular, a drill bit, on a machine tool, for example, a core drill, including an output shaft for transmitting a torque generated in the machine tool to the tool; and a union nut positioned around the output shaft for detachably connecting the output shaft to an attachment end of the tool. The output shaft includes a locking ring and the union nut includes a washer disk, as well as an attenuator, the washer disk being positioned between the locking ring and the attenuator.
Installation system for ceiling mounted items
The present invention is an installation system for ceiling mounted items that is comprised of a tubular hollow extension. The first end of the tubular hollow extension is adapted to receive a suspension member and the second end is adapted to be attached to a drill bit or operated manually.
DRILL BIT EXTENSION
A drill bit extension for use in, for example, tightening solar panel clamps or other situations in which a user traditionally would be required to kneel, bend, or otherwise extend to reach a bolt or other fastener to be tightened or loosened. The drill bit extension has a drill adapter end and a drill bit adapter end. A body extends between the two ends and houses a driveline. The body has a head that (or the body and head can be separate) that provides an angled extension for the drill bit adapter. Preferably the angle is 22.5 degrees, with the drill bit adapter extending at ninety degrees from the head.
