Machine tool
The invention relates to a machine tool (M) comprising a kinematic structure (100) that moves an electric spindle (300) in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the electric spindle (300), notable in that said kinematic structure (100) is an articulated structure comprising two articulated arms (110, 120) articulated about axes of rotation parallel to the axis of the electric spindle (300), the second end (122) of the second arm (120) accepting the electric spindle (300), the translational movement of the workpiece (P) with respect to the tool (O) of the electric spindle (300) in a linear movement parallel to the axis of the electric spindle (300) being brought about by a workpiece (P) support module (200) or by a plate support module (130).
SWING ARM ASSEMBLY FOR INTERACTING WITH A SPOT WELDING TIP
A head for a swing arm assembly is provided for a spot welding machine. The head can accommodate a tip dresser or a tip exchanger.
All-directional profiling machine
An all-directional profiling machine has a foundation. A profiling device is disposed on the foundation. The profiling device swings leftward and rightward at the same height relative to the foundation. An upright post is disposed at one end of the profiling device and has a terminal portion extending upward. A workbench is pivotally connected to the terminal portion of the upright post. The workbench tilts vertically and swings horizontally relative to the upright post. Therefore, the all-directional profiling machine performs a multi-angle profiling cutting process without demounting a workpiece repeatedly such that the processing of oblique surfaces is quicker, simpler and more precise, so as to not only meet various requirements of different processing angles but also feature enhanced processing efficiency.
MOBILE CNC MACHINING MACHINE
Provided is a mobile CNC machining machine which is designed to machine a rotor of a turbomachine, wherein the turbomachine is a rotor of a steam turbine, including an x-axis, a y-axis and a z-axis which are arranged perpendicular to one another, a baseplate, a stator which is arranged on the baseplate and is movable relative to the baseplate along the x-axis, and a tool module which is held on the stator and is movable along the y-axis and along the z-axis and is designed to accommodate a machining tool wherein, guided along a circular-arc-shaped convex guide disposed on the stator, the tool module is movable about a c-axis which extends parallel to the x-axis; in that the z-axis intersects the c-axis; and in that the y-axis extends tangentially to a circular path, of which the c-axis is the center point.
Device for machining rod-shaped workpieces such as window profiles or door profiles
A device is provided for machining rod-shaped workpieces such as window profiles or door profiles. The workpieces can be moved in a horizontal plane in a Z direction by a transport device. A machining device with tools is provided in a plane arranged substantially vertically to the direction of movement of the workpieces, which machining device is spatially oriented in the vertical plane in relation to the workpiece. The machining device includes an open arc arranged in the vertical plane to the workpiece, the arc being mounted to rotate about the workpiece in the Z axis as an open flat ring.
