CUTTING MACHINE
A cutting machine having a first wheel pair and an opposite second wheel pair, an first vertical wheel, an opposite second vertical wheel, a first drive wheel, a second opposite drive wheel, and a single cutting blade, the first vertical and the second vertical wheels being configured to travel simultaneously and in a same horizontal direction, the first and the second wheel pairs being configured to travel simultaneously and in a same vertical direction, the first wheel pair having a first slanted wheel and the second wheel pair having a second slanted wheel, the single cutting blade being routed over all wheels such that at any moment during a travel of the single cutting blade while driven by the first and second drive wheels, a vertical blade portion extends between and can travel horizontally with the first vertical wheel and the second vertical wheel during vertical cutting and a horizontal blade portion extends between and can travel vertically with the first and second wheel pairs during horizontal cutting, wherein the slant of the first slanted wheel and the slant of the second slanted wheel prevents intersection of the horizontal blade portion and the vertical blade portion.
CHAIN SAW
A chain saw has a fluid pump. The fluid pump has a pump rod, a pump core assembly defining a pumping channel, and a pump body. The pump core assembly has an inner pump core and an outer pump core. The pumping channel is formed at least by a first hole defined in the inner pump core and a second hole defined in the outer pump core and the first hole is in communication with the inlet and the outlet. The pump rod is arranged to do a straight reciprocating motion in the pumping channel along a first axis so as to force fluid to flow from the inlet to the outlet by passing through the first hole.
Wire saw
A device for cutting a length of pipe includes a clamp portion for clamping around a length of pipe and a bow moveable with respect to the clamp portion that retains a loop of diamond embedded wire. The device further includes a feed for driving the bow with respect to the clamp portion and a detector for detecting bending of the wire and a control responsive to the detector for controlling feed rates. The device is made of modular parts and has synchronizing arms for clamping around a length of pipe. In one embodiment, the wheels are retained in enclosures with slots through which the cutting wire passes.
Static cooling electric chain saw and method used to achieve said cooling
Electric chain saw with static cooling features a cutting chain fitted so as to turn around a drive sprocket and a guide bar of oblong shape, and an electric motor effecting the drive of this chain, through the intermediary of the sprocket. The electric drive motor drive of the cutting chain is a brushless direct current motor enclosed in a housing formed by at least two components and made of a light metallic alloy, with one surface of the housing being in contact with the drive motor drive, to provide static cooling.
Safety device for a bandsaw
A safety device for a bandsaw includes a frame and a pair of jaws rotatably mounted thereon. The frame is mounted on the framework of the saw with the jaws on either side of the blade. An actuating rod is slidably mounted on the frame. A resilient return member constrains the sliding and a two-way transmission transforms it into a rotation of the pair of jaws. An electromagnetic actuator is rigidly connected to the frame and a retaining member is rigidly connected to the actuator. The rod has a receiving portion which engages with the retaining member when the rod is in a first position relative to the frame. The transmission is arranged so that the jaws are separated from one another when the rod is in the first position.

Method and apparatus to monitor and shut down production saw
A saw with a monitoring and safety system that utilizes vision and sensors designed to provide user feedback on safety and training. The saw having a wheel formed of an anodized main body with a non-anodized surface extending along the circumference of the groove of the wheel. The saw having low inertial energy design to stop the blade without mechanically grabbing the blade assuring multiple points of safety detection and triggering. The saw having an automatic guard to protect the user from slipping and hitting the blade even when the saw is not running. The saw being connected to a cloud based system that enables a safer ecosystem and cross statistic sharing of safety parameters.
Power Tool System
A power tool system includes at least one power tool which has at least one tool support unit for supporting a tool during machining, and at least one power tool separation device which extends through the tool support unit in at least one operational state. The disclosed power tool separation device comprises at least one cutting unit and at least one guide unit for guiding the cutting unit.
Power tool system
A power tool system includes at least one power tool which has at least one workpiece support unit that is configured to support a workpiece during machining, and also includes at least one machining tool device which extends through a workpiece support surface of the workpiece support unit in at least one operating state. The machining tool device includes at least one cutting strand that is configured to be driven in circulation. A ratio of a maximum height of the workpiece support unit to a maximum cutting depth of the machining tool device is less than 4.1.
Method for producing at least one cutting unit segment of a cutting unit of a machine tool separating device
A method for producing a cutting unit segment of a cutting unit of a machine tool separating device, includes at least one cutter support element and at least one cutter element. In at least one step, the cutter element is molded on the cutter support element by a drawing process in an at least partially staggered manner relative to an outer surface of the cutter support element.
