Integrated starter and generator system of vehicle
An integrated starter and generator (ISG) system of a vehicle includes: a planetary gear set including a sun gear, a planet carrier, and a ring gear as rotation elements of the planetary gear set; and an integrated starter and generator (ISG) functioning as a motor and a generator, and including a stator and a rotor. The planetary gear set and the ISG are disposed in a crankshaft pulley of an engine such that torque of a crankshaft of the engine is increased and is transmitted to the ISG when generating electricity and torque of the ISG is decreased and is transmitted to the crankshaft of the engine when starting.
HYDRAULIC TRANSAXLE
A hydraulic transaxle facilitates mounting a parking brake unit which requires no link mechanism and is compact. The parking brake unit includes a brake rotor provided on a rotation shaft and a locking member being displaceable between a first position where the brake rotor is locked and a second position where the brake rotor is unlocked. The locking member includes a locking portion which is engaged in a recess formed in the brake rotor that locks the brake rotor in the first position, and a non-locking portion which is placed at a position corresponding to the recess and which separates from the brake rotor in the second position. The hydraulic transaxle further includes an oil-supply mechanism capable of displacing the locking member to the second position.
Injection molding machine
An injection molding machine includes: a timing belt wound around a driving-side rotation member and a driven-side rotation member and configured to transmit power from the driving-side rotation member to the driven-side rotation member; a driving-side rotation detecting unit configured to detect a rotational speed of the driving-side rotation member; a driven-side rotation detecting unit configured to detect a rotational speed of the driven-side rotation member; and an abnormality detecting unit configured to detect an abnormality in the timing belt based on a relative speed difference between the rotational speed of the driving-side rotation member detected by the driving-side rotation detecting unit and the rotational speed of the driven-side rotation member detected by the driven-side rotation detecting unit in a predetermined period after the driving-side rotation member starts to rotate from a stopped state.
BELT PULLEY DECOUPLER
A belt pulley decoupler for the drive torque transmission between a belt of a starter-generator belt drive and the starter generator is provided. A hub is fastened on a generator shaft of the starter generator. A decoupler spring is configured to transmit drive torque of the belt from the belt pulley to the hub when the starter generator is powered. A rotary stop has a stop part on the belt pulley and a stop part on the hub. The rotary stop is configured to transmit drive torque of the generator shaft from the hub to the belt pulley when the starter generator is driving the belt. The decoupler spring is loaded in both torque directions and participates in the transmission of the drive torque from the hub to the belt pulley when the starter generator is driving the belt.
ROTOR BLADE HUB FOR A WIND TURBINE, AND WIND TURBINE HAVING SAME
Provided is a rotor blade hub for a wind turbine. The rotor blade hub includes a connecting portion for torque-transmitting coupling of the rotor blade hub to a main shaft of the wind turbine. The rotor blade hub has a single-stage transmission which is non-rotatably mounted to the rotor blade hub at the drive input side and has the connecting portion at the drive output side.
POWERTRAIN AND A VEHICLE
A powertrain includes an engine and a transmission. A vehicle includes a body structure and the powertrain supported by the body structure. The powertrain is configured to propel the body structure. The engine includes an output shaft, and the transmission includes an input member. The powertrain further includes a torque converter operable between the output shaft and the input member. The torque converter includes a pump and a turbine. The powertrain also includes a motor-generator operable as a motor and a generator. The input member of the transmission is connected to the turbine such that torque from the torque converter is transferrable to the input member. The input member of the transmission is coupled to the motor-generator such that torque is transferred between the input member and the motor-generator.
Split plummer block bearing housing
A split plummer block bearing housing for a rotatable shaft includes a detachable housing cap, which includes at least one housing grease channel, and at least one seal assembly. The seal assembly includes a stationary part, which has a seal grease channel and is mounted on the housing, and a rotating part that is configured to be mounted on the shaft. The stationary part and the rotating part are configured to cooperate with each other as a labyrinth and/or contacting seal, and the housing grease channel and the seal grease channel connect and form an extension of each other.
Transmission, single-clutch powertrain system, and method for operating a single-clutch powertrain system
A vehicle transmission includes first and second input gear shafts, an intermediate gear shaft and an output gear shaft. The first input gear shaft has a first torque transmission member, and the second input gear shaft has a first gear wheel. The intermediate gear shaft has second and third gear wheels. The output gear shaft has a fourth gear wheel and a second torque transmission member. The third gear wheel and the fourth gear wheel are arranged to interact with each other for transferring torque from the intermediate gear shaft to the output gear shaft. The first gear wheel and the second gear wheel are arranged to interact with each other for providing a first gear ratio. The first torque transmission member and the second torque transmission member are arranged to interact with each other via a flexible member for providing a second gear ratio.
Drive cable for actuating a vehicle element
A drive cable for actuating a vehicle element which is movable with respect to a vehicle design, which can have a cable body having a flexible cable core which is wrapped with a spiral, which follows a helical line so as to become engaged with a gearwheel. At least three longitudinal ribs or crosspieces can be formed along the periphery of the cable body, said drive cable being able to support itself in a cable guide via said longitudinal ribs which form at least mostly continuous guiding lines and contact lines of the drive cable, each having the same distance all around to the cable axis. Alternatively, an elastically or plastically malleable cable jacket can be provided which engages over the cable core and the spiral and which forms a cylindrical and rib-free peripheral surface of the cable when the cable core is stretched.
