SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FORMING AND UTILIZING PATTERNED FORMING & SEALING FILMS
Disclosed herein is a method for allowing forming & sealing films to be embossed/debossed with various shapes such as geometric, organic, or fractal and/or combination and various dimensions and depths. The texture or pattern is transferred to the film from an insert. The pattern on the forming & sealing film is then transferred onto the surface of the various proteins including but not limited to chicken, turkey, beef, pork, and plant proteins during the form-fill-seal and cook process. The forming and/or sealing inserts can form various thermoforming films with functional and/or decorative embossing and/or debossing without the use of knitted, elastic, extruded, tightly weaved, plastic netting, and/or compression forming molds and/or release agents for netting removal. Since the forming inserts are constructed using additive manufacturing processes, almost any design can be embossed/debossed onto the forming & sealing film.
PACKAGE CLOSURE FOR WITHSTANDING INTERNAL FORCES
A reclosable package comprises a first panel having first and second side sections and a second panel having first and second side sections. The first panel opposes the second panel and is joined to the second panel along the first and second side sections. A bottom extends between the first and second side sections of the first and second panels with the first and second panels joined to each other. A mouth is disposed opposite the bottom and extends between the first and second side sections of the first second panels. A closure member extends along the mouth, with the closure member including a first fin joined to the first panel and second fin joined to the second panel. A sealing member having a first and second ends is disposed proximate the mouth. The ends of the sealing member can be attached to the fin or panel such that at least one of the first end or second ends of the sealing member is attached with peelable seal.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR POSITIONING PORTION PACKETS
The disclosure relates to a container comprising a plurality of portion packets of a product for oral use.
Liquid Aloe and Polyacrylamide Cold Pack
Improvements in the cold pack with a sustained temperature of between 17-40 degrees Fahrenheit for over 2 hours and as long as 9 hours. The aloe and polyacrylamide cold pack can be configured so it does not continually condense or drip water for over 2 hours when using the ingredients of Ammonium C12-C15, Pareth Sulfate Ammonium C12-C15, Pareth Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Poloxamer 124 DMDM Hydantoin Pent sodium Pentatate, Sodium Bisulfite. The main ingredients in regulating the ice pack temperature, longevity and hardness is the aloe, H2O and polyacrylamide ratio.
Container device capable of storing liquid and manufacturing method thereof
The present disclosure relates to a container device capable of storing and discharging liquid. A container device according to the present disclosure includes a pouch having the elastic property; a rigid container having a rigid outer case compared to the pouch and having a container opening at one side thereof; a coupling unit coupled to the container opening and for coupling an opening of the pouch with the container opening; and an air passage formed at the rigid container or the coupling unit. When the pressure is applied to the inside of the pouch and the volume of the pouch is increased, the volume of a space between the pouch and the rigid container is reduced by an increase in the volume of the pouch, such that the air in the space is discharged to the outside of the rigid container through the air passage to perform the depressurization of the space.

CARTON-HANDLING AND ORDER FULFILLMENT SYSTEM
An order fulfillment system is described that includes a carton and a mover configured to carry the carton throughout the system. The carton is a preformed, five-sided container with flanges extending outwardly from edges thereof. The mover includes a depression in a top surface thereof that nestably receives the carton therein. The mover may include a vacuum system to aid retention of the carton therein. The mover and carton may include indicia to enable identification and tracking thereof throughout the fulfillment process. A lidding process applies a lid that is adhered to the flanges of the carton and includes identifying indicia thereon. The system provides identification and verification of items placed in the carton and can be easily integrated into existing manual and automated fulfillment systems. A manual system allows a user to manually pick and load cartons and attach a carton lid via an adhesive.
Method and device for forming container groupings
Provided is a method for packaging piece good groupings, in which a plurality of piece goods, particularly containers, are at least partially interconnected by a first connector, wherein at least two-piece goods of this plurality are directly interconnected by the connector. According to the embodiment, this plurality of piece goods connected by the connector is packaged with a second connector in the form of a second wrapping element, and said plurality of piece goods connected by a first connector is conveyed by a conveyor device to a packaging device and enclosed, particularly wrapped, with the second wrapping element by said packaging unit.
Method and device for positioning portion packets
The present disclosure relates to a method for positioning portion packets of a product for oral use into a container by means of a compartment unit. The compartment unit comprises a plurality of compartments with a respective discharge opening. The method comprises: a) positioning the compartment unit at a first distance (dl) from a bottom wall of the container with the discharge openings facing a storage volume of the container, b) introducing at least one portion packet into i-th compartment of the compartment unit, the portion packet thereby assuming a first three-dimensional orientation with the at least one portion packet being in contact with the bottom wall of the container and at least partly remaining in the i-th compartment, wherein i is an integer going from 1 to n, n being the number of compartments to be loaded, n≥2, c) moving the compartment unit in relation to the container thereby causing reconfiguration of each portion packet to a second three-dimensional orientation being different from the first three-dimensional orientation. The disclosure further relates to a device for positioning portion packets of a product for oral use into a container. The disclosure also relates to a container comprising a plurality of portion packets of a product for oral use.
