Solid wood wall system
A wall construction formed of solid wood members. The wall construction provides for a heating and cooling system that synergistically works with the inherent insulative properties of solid wood members. The wall construction comprises channels formed in the solid wood members to accommodate conduits for heating and cooling. The conduits are routed through multiple solid wood members of a wall and are positioned to efficiently heat and cool the interior of a building. Other grooves may be formed in the top side of the solid wood members to accommodate conduits for heating, cooling electrical service and communications carriers.
Heating and hot water supply system
A heating and hot water supply system, including: a combustion unit combusting a fuel to generate a combustion gas; a heat exchange unit heating a heat medium and hot water according to heat exchange with the combustion gas; an exhaust unit that exhausting the combustion gas after heat exchange. The heat exchange unit includes a plate type heat exchanger by laminating vertically-upright rectangular plates with gaps, and is configured to heat the heat medium by causing the combustion gas and the heat medium to alternately flow through the gaps. An inlet for the heat medium is provided at lower corner of the plate type heat exchanger, a discharge opening for the heat medium is provided at upper corner farthest from the inlet, and a hot water passage through which hot water flows in the plate type heat exchanger is provided at upper corner above the inlet.
Building frame and method for adjusting the temperature in a building
A building envelope, in particular a wall, a floor, or a roof of a building with at least two shells spaced some distance apart from one another, which encloses an intermediate space, said space being essentially empty with the exception of weight-bearing and/or construction-engineering elements or being filled at least in sections with porous, open-celled material and sealed from the interior and exterior of the building, wherein controllable sealing means are provided for sealing the intermediate space from the interior and exterior and optionally separated building envelope sections from one other.

Condensate trap for gas furnace
The present disclosure relates to a condensate trap for a gas furnace for collecting and discharging condensate generated in a heat exchanger and an exhaust pipe, the condensate trap including: a first inlet through which the condensate generated in the heat exchanger is introduced; a second inlet through which the condensate generated in the exhaust pipe is introduced; a first passage through which the condensate introduced from the first inlet passes; a second passage through which the condensate introduced from the second inlet passes; a discharge port through which the condensate, having passed through the first passage and the second passage, is discharged outside; and a backflow prevention device disposed on the first passage and configured to prevent backflow of air, wherein the backflow prevention device includes: a housing; and a core which is movably disposed in the housing, and which in response to an amount of the condensate introduced from the first inlet being less than or equal to a predetermined amount, prevents backflow of the air by closing the first passage.
METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION OF A WALL HEATING PANEL AND A WALL HEATING PANEL
The method of construction of a wall heating panel and a wall heating panel consists in constructing an aluminium multi-channel collector, preferably with one phase transition channel, connecting it inseparably with vertical aluminium heating elements, arranging the heating elements in the grooves of a dry wall construction board, preferably magnesium, and filling the space between the grooves and the heating elements with elastic compound, and then applying paper—aluminium foil laminate onto the whole surface of the board. A wall heating panel consists of an aluminium collector (1) with stub pipes (2), inside the collector there are horizontal parallel phase transition channels (3) and a water channel (4), the phase transition channel (3) is inseparably connected with the vertical aluminium heating elements (5) which are inserted into the grooves of the dry wall construction board (6), spaces between the grooves and the heating elements are filled with elastic compound (7) and sealed with paper—aluminium foil laminate (8), whereas the top part of the collector (1) adjoins the bottom surface of the board (6).
