Disclosed are compositions containing:at least one N-alkyl-N-acyl glucamine as component A;at least one fatty acid and/or soap as component B;at least one acyl isethionate as component C;sodium isethionate as component D;water as component E; andoptionally, at least one other additive as component F. More than 20 weight percent, preferably more than 70 weight percent of the N-alkyl-N-acyl glucamines contain at least one C.sub.12- and/or C.sub.14- and/or C.sub.16- and/or C.sub.18-acyl group. Said compositions can be used as bars of soap.
SOLID SURFACTANT IN UNIT DOSE PRODUCT FOR IMPROVED MILDNESS
The present disclosure provides a unit dose product comprising a water-soluble film material comprising first and second compartments. The first compartment enclosing a liquid composition comprising water, non-aqueous solvent, and optionally one or more additives. The second compartment enclosing a solid composition comprising a solid methyl ester sulfonate and/or a solid cocoyl isethionate. The present disclosure further provides a unit dose product comprising a water-soluble film material comprising first and second compartments. The first compartment enclosing a liquid composition comprising a non-aqueous solvent comprising polyethylene glycol and glycerin, and a surfactant selected from an alcohol ethoxylate, an alkyl ether sulfate, a methyl ester ethoxylate, coco fatty acid, an alkyl polyglucoside, and any combination thereof. The second compartment enclosing a powder composition comprising a solid methyl ester sulfonate and/or a solid cocoyl isethionate, and a solid flow aid.
Powdered cleaning composition having improved dissolution
A powdered cleaning composition includes at least one acid chosen from citric acid, glycolic acid, and combinations thereof and present in an amount of from about 1 to about 30 wt % actives based on a total weight of the composition, at least one anionic surfactant present in an amount of from about 5 to about 50 wt % actives based on a total weight of the composition, and at least two fillers chosen from a salt, a sugar, and a clay and present in a total amount of from about 10 to about 80 wt % actives based on a total weight of the composition, wherein the composition comprises water in an amount of less than about 15 wt % based on a total weight of the composition, and wherein the composition has a dissolution percentage of at least about 12% after about 5 minutes in water at about 25 C.
