POLYCARBONATE RESIN COMPOSITION
Provided is a polycarbonate-based resin composition including: a polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane copolymer (A); and at least one kind of compound (B) selected from the group consisting of an antioxidant, a dye, a release agent, a light-diffusing agent, a flame retardant, a UV absorber, a silicone-based compound, an epoxy compound, and a polyether compound, wherein the polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane copolymer (A) contains a polycarbonate block (A-1) and a polyorganosiloxane block (A-2), and satisfies the following requirements (1) to (3): (1) the content of the polyorganosiloxane block (A-2) is from more than 40 mass % to 70 mass % or less; (2) the copolymer has a viscosity-average molecular weight of from 10,000 to 23,000; and (3) the copolymer contains a specific polycarbonate block as the polycarbonate block (A-1).

Provided is a polycarbonate-based resin composition including: a polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane copolymer (A); and at least one kind of compound (B) selected from the group consisting of an antioxidant, a dye, a release agent, a light-diffusing agent, a flame retardant, a UV absorber, a silicone-based compound, an epoxy compound, and a polyether compound, wherein the polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane copolymer (A) contains a polycarbonate block (A-1) and a polyorganosiloxane block (A-2), and satisfies the following requirements (1) to (3): (1) the content of the polyorganosiloxane block (A-2) is from more than 40 mass % to 70 mass % or less; (2) the copolymer has a viscosity-average molecular weight of from 10,000 to 23,000; and (3) the copolymer contains a specific polycarbonate block as the polycarbonate block (A-1).
FLAME RETARDANT COMPOSITION AND FLAME RETARDANT THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION
The present invention provides a flame retardant composition and a thermoplastic polyurethane composition both of which has excellent flame retardance. A phosphoramidate compound having a specific structure (component (B)) and a triazine-based compound (component (C)) are used as a flame retardant for a flame retardant composition and a flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane composition. In one embodiment, the flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane composition of the present invention includes a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (component (A)), a phosphoramidate compound (component (B)) and a triazine-based compound (component (C)).
Low temperature curing 1K basecoat and method to coat a substrate with the 1K basecoat
A storage stable one component aqueous basecoat composition containing a melamine formaldehyde crosslinker and a resin having groups reactive to the melamine formaldehyde crosslinker under acid catalysis is provided. The basecoat composition is curable at a temperature of 110° C. or less when cured wet on wet with a solvent borne clear coat composition containing a polyisocyanate crosslinker. Also provided is a wet on wet two layer coating containing the one component aqueous basecoat and the solvent borne clear coat, a wet on wet three layer coating containing an aqueous primer, the one component aqueous basecoat and the solvent borne clear coat and a cured topcoat coating obtained by curing the wet on wet two layer coating.

A thermoplastic resin composition includes a first copolymer including a conjugated diene-based polymer, a unit derived from an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, and a unit derived from a vinyl cyan-based monomer; a second copolymer including a unit derived from an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and a unit derived from a vinyl cyan-based monomer; and, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the sum of the first copolymer and the second copolymer, 2.0 to 10 parts by weight of a third copolymer having a soft segment including a unit derived from a polyalkylene glycol and a hard segment including unit derived from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid or aromatic dicarboxylate and a unit derived from a linear aliphatic diol; and 2.5 to 10 parts by weight of a fourth copolymer including an aromatic dicarboxylic acid-derived unit, a unit derived from a linear aliphatic diol, and a unit derived from a cyclic aliphatic diol.

A thermoplastic resin composition includes a first copolymer including a conjugated diene-based polymer, a unit derived from an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, and a unit derived from a vinyl cyan-based monomer; a second copolymer including a unit derived from an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and a unit derived from a vinyl cyan-based monomer; and, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the sum of the first copolymer and the second copolymer, 2.0 to 10 parts by weight of a third copolymer having a soft segment including a unit derived from a polyalkylene glycol and a hard segment including unit derived from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid or aromatic dicarboxylate and a unit derived from a linear aliphatic diol; and 2.5 to 10 parts by weight of a fourth copolymer including an aromatic dicarboxylic acid-derived unit, a unit derived from a linear aliphatic diol, and a unit derived from a cyclic aliphatic diol.
Photo-crosslinked rubber composition, and rubber product using the same
The present invention discloses a photo-crosslinked rubber composition and application thereof. The rubber composition comprises a rubber matrix and an initiator. Based on 100 parts by weight of the rubber matrix, the rubber matrix comprises a branched polyethylene with a content represented as A, in which 0<A≤100, and an ethylene-propylene rubber with a content represented as B, in which 0≤B<100; and the initiator accounts for 0.1-10 parts, and the initiator includes at least one of a cationic photoinitiator and a free radical photoinitiator. In the rubber composition, the ethylene-propylene rubber is partially or completely replaced by the branched polyethylene. The rubber composition can be used for rubber product crosslinked by ultraviolet light, including wire, cable, film, glove, condom, and medical catheter, which achieves excellent elasticity, electrical insulation property, aging resistance and ozone resistance, and also has good mechanical strength.

The present invention provides a method for producing an oxymethylene copolymer resin composition, comprising: adding to an oxymethylene copolymer (A), an Mn micromole of an amine-substituted triazine compound (B) per gram of the oxymethylene copolymer (A), an Mc micromole of a choline hydroxide (C) per gram of the oxymethylene copolymer (A), and 0.05 to 1.1 parts by weight of an antioxidant (D) with respect to 100 parts by weight of the oxymethylene copolymer (A), and melt kneading a mixture of the oxymethylene copolymer (A), amine-substituted triazine compound (B), the choline hydroxide (C), and the antioxidant (D), wherein Mn (μmol/g-POM) and Mc (μmol/g-POM) satisfy: 6.5<(Mn+Mc×8)<25, 0.5<Mn<7.0, and 0.0<Mc.
