SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LEVELLING AND GRIPPING A JACKET LEG INTO A HOLLOW FOUNDATION PILE
A system for levelling and gripping a jacket leg into a hollow foundation pile has a levelling assembly for adjusting the longitudinal axis of a jacket leg partially inserted in a hollow foundation pile with an actuation group arranged about the jacket leg and configured to exert a force parallel to the longitudinal axis between the upper edge of the hollow foundation pile and the jacket leg and selectively attachable to the jacket leg and recoverable for further use in another levelling assembly; and a gripping assembly for locking the jacket leg in a designated position with respect to the hollow foundation pile once leveled.
FOUNDATION PROFILE FOR AN OFFSHORE STRUCTURE
The present disclosure relates to a foundation profile for an offshore structure. The foundation profile includes a profile end portion, which is arranged in an offshore subsoil in the intended state of the foundation profile. Further, at least one elongated hollow body is arranged at the profile end portion in the intended state. The elongated hollow body is configured to receive a swellable material.
Offshore Structure
An offshore structure includes an original structure and an extension structure. The original structure includes a main platform supported via a foundation on a seabed. The extension structure includes a platform extension positioned laterally of the main platform and a platform extension support, depending downwardly from the platform extension, into contact with the foundation, so as to support the extension structure directly on the foundation.
Temporarily coupling between jacket and pile
The invention relates to a method for coupling a jacket with a foundation pile, comprising; mounting a first flange with the jacket, contacting a second flange with the foundation pile such that the second flange is supported by the foundation pile, mutually positioning the first flange and the second flange such that the jacket may be supported by the pile through the first flange and the second flange, arranging an inflatable spacing member between the first flange and second flange such that the spacing member contacts both the first flange and second flange for supporting the jacket through the spacing member.
A DEVICE FOR SECURING A CONNECTION TO BE FORMED BETWEEN A LEG OF A MARINE STRUCTURE AND A PILE OF A FUNDAMENT FASTENED IN A SEABED
A device is for securing a connection to be formed between a leg of a marine structure and a pile of a fundament fastened in a seabed. The connection has the leg partly inserted into an opening of the pile. The device is configured to be firmly connected to the leg. The device comprises a sleeve element configured, together with the leg of the marine structure, to be brought to vicinity of an upper portion of the pile. The device further has a clamping arrangement attached to the sleeve element comprising at least one clamping device configured to form an attachment between the sleeve element and the upper portion of the pile.
Grillage apparatus and method of using and making same
The present invention discloses a portable and re-useable grillage (100) for receiving and supporting a heavy load during transportation as well as methods of making and using same. The grillage (100) comprising a base (3); a load bearing structure (4) coupled to the base (3), the load bearing structure (4) is used for supporting the heavy load; and a framework (5) attached to the load bearing structure (4). The grillage (100) is containerized such that the combination of the base (3), load bearing structure (4) and the framework (5) forming the grillage has external dimensions and weight that conforms with ISO specifications for an intermodal container. The containerized grillage (100) may be used with different sized legs for different sized heavy loads. It may also be shipped in a vertical stacked formation using cost-effective standard shipping for containers.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MECHANICAL CONNECTION BETWEEN AN OFFSHORE STRUCTURE AND A SUBSEA PILE
A method for connecting an offshore structure (2) to a subsea pile (1) includes inserting a connecting portion (14) of the structure inside the subsea pile. The connecting portion (14) comprises a plurality of outwardly moveable clamping members (5). Moving each of the plurality of clamping members (5) into gripping contact with an inside surface of the subsea pile provides a mechanical connection. The method may also include a grouting step to make the connection permanent.
Device for securing a connection to be formed between a leg of a marine structure and a pile of a fundament fastened in a seabed
A device and a method for securing a connection to be formed between a leg of a marine structure and a pile of a fundament fastened in a seabed.

FOUNDATION WITH PEDESTAL AND RIBS FOR TOWERS
A wind turbine foundation comprising a concrete support slab having a horizontal rebar grid therein, a concrete pedestal integral with the support slab and having vertical post tensioning elements therein and a plurality of concrete ribs on top of and integral with the support slab and integral with the pedestal, the ribs having rebar therein and extend outwardly from the pedestal, the pedestal, slab and ribs are connected to each other to form a monolithic foundation. The foundation design reduces the weight and volume of materials used, reduces cost, and improves heat dissipation conditions during construction by having a small ratio of concrete mass to surface area thus eliminating the risk of thermal cracking due to heat of hydration.
