Fence brace system
The present invention comprises a brace adapted to secure a fence rail to a fence post. The present invention brace may optionally be installed onto an existing fence or on a new fence. The invention includes a first fence rail brace member adapted to connect to two or more sides of a first fence rail, a second fence rail brace member adapted to connect to two or more sides of a second fence rail, and a fence post member adapted to connect to two or more sides of a fence post. The fence post brace member may form a vertical picket fastener slot, the first fence rail brace member may form a first horizontal picket fastener slot, and the second fence rail brace member may form a second horizontal picket fastener slot.
SECURITY FENCE
A security fence includes a pair of posts and a plurality of rails supported by the pair of posts and disposed vertically spaced apart. Each rail includes a bottom wall and an upper wall, each defining a plurality of spaced apart openings. A plurality of pickets are horizontally spaced apart along the plurality of rails, each picket extends through a respective bottom opening and a respective upper opening of each rail. A slide lock bar is disposed within at least one of the plurality of rails and is supported by the bottom wall of the one of the plurality of rails. The slide lock bar traverses the plurality of pickets and is received by a notch in each picket. Engagement of the slide lock bar with the notches enables angular displacement of each picket with respect to each rail.
Fence System
A fence section includes an upper horizontal rail, a lower horizontal rail, and vertical members. At least one of the vertical members is connected to the upper horizontal rail by an upper connection system and to the lower horizontal rail by a lower connection system.
GATE CORNER INSERT
A gate assembly is disclosed including a gate rail and an upright including a plurality of walls defining a cavity therebetween. A first of the walls includes an opening that is configured to receive the gate rail therethrough such that the gate rail extends into the cavity. The gate assembly further includes a gate corner insert configured for insertion into the cavity of the upright through a second opening of the upright. The gate corner insert includes a base and a plurality of protrusions extending from the base. The base and the plurality of protrusions define a second cavity therebetween with first and second protrusions of the plurality of protrusions defining a third opening in communication with the second cavity. The third opening and the second cavity are configured to receive the gate rail therein for removable attachment to the gate corner insert.
Fence brace system adapted for use with corner fence post arrangements
The present invention comprises a brace adapted to secure one or more fence rails to a fence post. The present invention brace may optionally be installed onto an existing fence or on a new fence. The invention includes a fence post brace member adapted to connect to two or more sides of a fence post and a pair of fence rail flanges for receiving one or more fence rails either in a vertical orientation or a horizontal orientation. The fence rail flanges may form one or more picket fastening slots for use in affixing a picket to the fence rails. The fence post brace system may be adapted for use with corner fence post arrangements.
Fence installation method
A method of installing a fence is provided including advancing a plurality of beams into the ground so that the beams achieve a substantially vertical orientation, and installing a plurality of tubular posts over the beams so that the posts automatically attain the substantially vertical orientation, without having to dispose any other levelling structures between the beams and the posts. One or more horizontal rails can be installed relative to adjacent beams and tubular posts. The tubular posts can define holes, and the opposing ends of a rail can be inserted through corresponding holes. Where the beams have longitudinal channels, the ends of the rails can project through the holes in the posts and into those channels. The tubular posts and/or rails can be secured in place with fasteners. The method provides an inexpensive and quick way to install a fence without digging holes for the beams.
POSTS FOR FENCE SYSTEMS, FENCE SYSTEMS, AND METHODS OF ASSEMBLING AND INSTALLING THE SAME
A post for use in a fence installation is provided. The post includes a body portion defining a first plurality of mortises in a fixed position with respect to the body portion. The post also includes an adjustable portion defining a second plurality of mortises, the adjustable portion being engageable with the body portion such that a position of the second plurality of mortises is adjustable with respect to the body portion.
Fence panel construction system and method
A fence panel construction device includes a structural member and a pair of post members coupled to the structural member. Each post member includes a pair of attachment devices configured to removably attach a pair of fence stringers to the pair of post members. A pair of actuator mechanisms are coupled to a respective one of the pair of post members to position the pair of post members corresponding to a pair of fence posts on a property. A finishing assembly is coupled to the structural member and includes at least one fastening device and at least one trimming device both operable to move vertically. The finishing assembly is operable to move horizontally while the at least one fastening device fastens fence boards to the pair of fence stringers and at least one trimming device trims the fence boards. A method of making a fence panel is provided.
FENCE CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM AND METHOD
Embodiments of the present application provides a system and method of a fence assembly. The system includes a vertical member, one or more channel rails, and an array of mating apertures running along the one or more channel rails for coupling a plurality of rails. In another embodiment, a fence system includes a first vertical member, a second vertical member, one or more channel rails, and a plurality of rails positioned between the first vertical member and the second vertical member according to the at least one channel among the one or more channels rails, the plurality of rails coupled the corresponding channel rails via a plurality of mating apertures.
FENCE PANEL SYSTEM
A fence panel system includes a plurality of fence panels positioned in a line, each of the fence panels coupled together in series by a plurality of rail members that extend horizontally between a plurality of fence posts, where each of the fence panels having a first side edge and a second side edge opposite the first side edge with each of the side edges configured to receive a side edge of a second fence panel to form a vertical connection, and where each of the fence panels includes a plurality of mesas traversing from the first side edge to the second side edge. The fence panel system can further include a plurality of fasteners to connect the plurality of fence panels to the plurality of rail members.
