A compressor may include a non-orbiting scroll, an orbiting scroll, a bearing housing and first and second discrete keys. The non-orbiting scroll may include a first end plate having a first spiral wrap extending therefrom. The orbiting scroll may include a second end plate having a second spiral wrap extending therefrom and meshingly engaged with the first spiral wrap of the non-orbiting scroll. The bearing housing may support the orbiting scroll. Each of the first and second keys may be slidably engaged in first slots formed in the second end plate of the orbiting scroll and slidably engaged in second slots formed in the first end plate of the non-orbiting scroll or third slots formed in the bearing housing.

A scroll compressor is provided, comprising: a compression mechanism comprising a non-orbiting scroll member and an orbiting scroll member, wherein the orbiting scroll member is axially displaceable between an engagement position and a disengagement position; a main bearing housing adapted to support the compression mechanism; a back pressure chamber formed between the orbiting scroll member and the main bearing housing, wherein the back pressure chamber is in communication with at least one of the compression chambers via a communication passage provided in the orbiting scroll member or the non-orbiting scroll member and is adapted to apply a back pressure to the orbiting scroll member to bias the orbiting scroll member toward the engagement position; and a first sealing means provided between the back pressure chamber and a suction zone of the compression mechanism and capable of maintaining sealing when the orbiting scroll member is axially displaced.

The scroll type micro-compressor comprises a fixed scroll plate and an orbit scroll plate each integrally made with a monocrystalline silicon substrate; the compressor device has an Oldham ring structure, and reduces a mass of the orbit scroll plate by optimizing a design of a substrate of the orbit scroll plate; a cross-sectional shape of a plurality of micropores provided on a lower surface of the fixed scroll plate is set as of a fan ring, in which an electrode material is accommodated to maintain an electric field uniformity and reduce an electric field loss; and hydrophilia of inner surfaces is changed to prevent a top leakage and facilitate capillary filling of a compression chamber.

A compressor may include a non-orbiting scroll, an orbiting scroll, a driveshaft and an Oldham coupling. The orbiting scroll meshingly engages the non-orbiting scroll. The driveshaft includes a crankpin engaging the orbiting scroll and driving the orbiting scroll in an orbital path relative to the non-orbiting scroll. The Oldham coupling may include an annular body and a plurality of first keys extending from the annular body and slidably received in slots formed in the orbiting scroll. Each of the first keys may include a first post and a first cap attached to the first post. The first posts may be integrally formed with the annular body from a first material. The first caps may be formed from a second material.

The anti-rotation ring may include a ring, at least one first key that axially extends from a first surface of the ring and slidingly coupled to the at least one first key groove of the orbiting scroll, and at least one second key that axially extends from the first surface of the ring and slidingly coupled to the at least one second key groove of the non-orbiting scroll. The first and second keys may be provided along a circumferential direction. This may allow processability of a one-way anti-rotation ring. Further, increase in weight may be prevented while reducing deformation by providing a weight-reduced portion in addition to a reinforcing portion.

A scroll compressor includes a movable scroll having first key grooves, a stationary member having second key grooves, and an Oldham coupling provided between the movable scroll and stationary member. The Oldham coupling is movable with respect to the stationary member along a first axis, and with respect to the movable scroll along a second axis. The Oldham coupling has an annular body portion, at least two first key portions fitted into the first grooves, and a pair of second key portions fitted into the second grooves. The first horizontal surface has inwardly positioned surfaces positioned more on a center of gravity side of the Oldham coupling than virtual extension lines of first inner peripheral edges that are part of an inner peripheral edge of the annular body portion. The first key portions have inwardly positioned portions that project from the inwardly positioned surfaces.
