Adaptive configuration of an ophthalmic device
Methods and systems for adaptive configuration of ophthalmic devices are disclosed. An example method may comprise receiving, by a first sensor system disposed on or in a first ophthalmic device, sensor data representing movement of an eye of a user, wherein the first ophthalmic device is disposed within or upon an eye of the user; causing, based on the sensor data, storage of a history of movement of the eye; determining, based on the history of movement, a dwell characteristic indicating a distance at which the eye is fixated when an event occurs; and causing output of a signal indicative of performing an action in response to determining the dwell characteristic.
MAXILLARY AND MANDIBULAR DEVICES, CONTROLLER STATION, AND METHODS OF TREATING AND/OR DIAGNOSING MEDICAL DISORDERS
Mandibular repositioning devices have a maxillary piece that has a tooth covering with a driver flange protruding laterally outward on a right side proximate a backmost teeth mold and/or on a left side proximate the backmost teeth mold and have a mandibular piece that has a tooth covering with a protrusive flange extending cranially therefrom. Each driver flange has an anterior side with a convex curvature and each protrusive flange has a posterior side with a concave-to-convex curvature from its base toward its most cranial point. The convex portion of the concave-to convex curvature is positioned to engage the convex curvature of the driver flange in a rest position. Downward movement of the mandibular piece moves the convex portion of the posterior side of the protrusive flange along the convex curvature of the driver flange, thereby moving a user's mandible forward.
ELECTRODE SYSTEM FOR ELECTRICAL STIMULATION
A system for electrically stimulating a user comprising: a first housing portion defining an array of openings; an array of permeable bodies with portions exposed through the array of openings and wetted with a solution that facilitates electrical coupling between the system and a body region of the user, wherein each permeable body has a cavity at a proximal portion and a distal portion and is configured to transmit the solution to the body region of the user; a substrate region defining an array of protrusions configured to support the array of permeable bodies and composed of a conductive polymer; and a set of conductors in communication with the substrate region and including a first conductor that provides a first subset of the array of permeable bodies with a first polarity and a second conductor that provides a second subset of the array of permeable bodies with a second polarity.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR NEURAL STIMULATION VIA VISUAL, AUDITORY AND PERIPHERAL NERVE STIMULATIONS
Systems and methods of the present disclosure are directed to systems and methods for treating cognitive dysfunction in a subject in need thereof. The system can include a light source and a speaker. A visual neural stimulation system provides, via the light source, visual stimulation having a first value of a first parameter. An auditory neural stimulation system provides, via the speaker, audio stimulation having a second value of the second parameter. A stimuli orchestration component selects, for a first time interval, one of the visual stimulation or the audio stimulation to vary based on a policy, selects, for the first time interval, the other of the visual stimulation or the audio stimulation to keep constant based on the policy, and provides causes the one of the visual neural stimulation system or the auditory neural stimulation system to vary the one of the visual stimulation or the audio stimulation.
DEVICE FOR MONITORING THE ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF A SUBJECT
A device for monitoring the electro-physiological activity of a subject, particularly for diagnosing or monitoring epilepsy, including: measurement element for measuring electrical brain activity; measurement element for measuring the electrical activity of the muscles of mastication; an acquisition module configured to acquire in synchronously the signals measured by the measurement element for measuring electrical brain activity and by the measurement element for measuring the electrical activity of the muscles of mastication;
a signal processing modules; and a transmission module for transmitting the electrical signals acquired by the acquisition module to the signal processing module.
The signal processing module is configured to detect among the signals measured by the measurement element for measuring electrical brain activity the signals measured by the measurement element for measuring the electrical activity of the muscles of mastication.
Electrode array for physiological monitoring and device including or utilizing same
Electrode array for monitoring of physiological parameters and devices including or utilizing same, the electrode array including an active electrode configured to provide an electrical signal and at least two inactive electrodes configured to collect the electrical signal transferred from the active electrode, wherein each of the at least two inactive electrodes are positioned at a different predetermined distance from the active electrode.
