Issue and trigger rebalancing in a ranked issue tracking system
A computer-implemented method is disclosed. The method comprises calculating a first new rank value in a rank address space for a first issue of a plurality of issues. The rank address space comprises unique, ordered values, and each of the plurality of issues has a rank value in the rank address space. The method further comprises determining whether a length of the first new rank value is greater than or equal to a first rebalancing trigger length. In addition, the method comprises, in response to determining that the length of the first new rank value is greater than or equal to the first rebalancing trigger length, identifying a first delay period that is to elapse before rebalancing the rank address space comprising updating at least one rank value of at least one of the plurality of issues to reduce a possibility of congestion in the rank address space. The method additionally comprises following the first delay period, rebalancing the rank address space.
Electronic manual system for machine tool
An electronic manual system for a machine tool: generates an inquiry code on the basis of information relating to a user including a manufacture number of a machine tool; refers, on the basis of the inquiry code, to a user information database in which information relating to the machine tool and user identification information are associated with each other and stored; acquires, from an instruction manual database which stores electronic data of an instruction manual for the machine tool possessed by the user, a corresponding electronic manual; and displays the electronic manual on a manual display terminal.
Systems and methods for generating a pipeline of stages for a process
An example method for gathering a plurality of data sets for a particular process is provided. Each data set indicates transitions between different stages for a corresponding occurrence of the particular process. The method includes generating stage transition data based on the plurality of data sets. The stage transition data indicates an aggregate value for each distinct transition. The method includes determining a root stage based on the plurality of data sets. The method includes selecting each additional stage in the pipeline of stages. Each additional stage is sequentially selected based on a dynamically determined path constructed to reduce a value of a cost function. The method includes selectively modifying the pipeline of stages responsive to detecting an improvement to the value of the cost function. The method also includes generating a command to perform the particular process using the modified pipeline of stages.
MANAGEMENT AND AGGREGATION OF TICKET DATA FROM MULTIPLE SOURCES
Systems, methods, and software described herein manage tickets in an industrial automation environment. In one implementation, a ticket management service is configured to obtain a plurality of tickets from a plurality of data sources and extract attributes from each ticket in the plurality of tickets. Once extracted, the ticket management service may, for each ticket in the plurality of tickets, generate at least one ticket in a unified format and add the at least one ticket to a ticket database. The ticket management service may then use the ticket database to present ticket summaries to users associated with the industrial automation environment.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SEMI-AUTOMATIC COMPLETION OF AN ENGINEERING PROJECT
An initial sequence representing a partially configured engineering project is processed by a recurrent neural network to generate recommendations being a sequence of complementary items that completes an engineering project. A feature predictor component computes a set of features for each recommendation. A bisection component selects a feature from the sets of features that distinguishes some of the recommendations and forms pruned recommendations by choosing all instances from the recommendations that have the selected feature. A user interface displays the selected feature, detects a user interaction indicating that the selected feature is required, outputs the pruned recommendations. The engineering project is completed by combining the initial sequence with the chosen pruned recommendation. As a result, a user is supported in choosing optimal modules, as the selected feature can distinguish the recommendations that have the desired technical properties or target system KPI.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF LAWN MOWING AND CARING SERVICES BASED ON LAWN PROFILE DATA
This invention relates to a system of lawn mowing and caring services. It comprises a lawn profile data information management system having lawn profile data stored therein; at least one mobile device for registered users, which communicates wirelessly with the lawn profile data information management system for requesting services; and at least one robotic lawn mower or lawn robot which works with the mobile device to acquire requisite lawn profile data from the lawn profile data information management system for the services before the robotic lawn mower or lawn robot can perform the requisite mowing or caring services on the specific piece of lawn.
TRIGGERING DYNAMIC ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION
A device and method for robotic process automation (RPA) using speech recognition that receives a voice input; invokes, using the received voice input, an RPA workflow, the RPA workflow comprising a sequence of tasks; based at least on the invoked RPA workflow, retrieves an argument from a cloud device; modifies, with the retrieved argument, at least one task of the sequence of tasks; and executes the modified at least one task as part of the RPA workflow.
System for Dynamic Task Creation for Agricultural Equipment
A method may include receiving a request from a first user for a task to be completed on an agricultural field including an identification of the agricultural field, a piece of agricultural equipment for use on the agricultural field, and a date range for the task; generating a job data structure with the information in the request; executing a query to identify an operator for an available piece of agricultural equipment during the date range; transmitting a notification to a second user, the notification identifying request information, receiving confirmation the operator will complete the task and updating the job data structure based on the confirmation; in response to receiving a completion indication, transmitting a rating request for the piece of agricultural equipment; receiving, from the computing device, a rating for the piece of agricultural equipment; and updating an equipment listing for the second user with the rating.
INCIDENT MANAGEMENT IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS
An operations management system and related method obtains user activity information representing user interactions with the operations management system responsive to an incident, the incident belonging to a category of incidents. The method represents the user activity information as an itemset. The method further processes the itemset with a mining algorithm to identify one or more items of information frequently accessed for the incident. The method yet further associates the identified one or more items of information with the category of incidents.
Method for processing item sorting scheduling request, and related device
Methods, devices, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for processing an item-picking dispatching request are provided. One of methods includes receiving a dispatching request with respect to item picking; determining a type of the dispatching request; determining, in stored picking resource status information, target picking resource status information corresponding to the type of the dispatching request according to a preset correspondence between types of dispatching requests and picking resource status information, wherein the stored picking resource status information is updated in real time; generating mirror-image information of the target picking resource status information; and generating a dispatching task for item picking based on the mirror-image information of the target picking resource status information.
