METHODS, APPARATUSES, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCTS FOR PROVIDING A PLATFORM FOR NEGOTIATION AND PROVISION OF PROMOTIONS
Methods, apparatuses, and computer program products are provided herein to facilitate negotiation between consumers and merchants for promotions. In one embodiment, a method for generating promotion impressions is provided which includes receiving a consumer request for a promotion, wherein the consumer request comprises one or more indications of consumer preferences for the promotion and determining one or more potential merchants based in part on the consumer request. The method further comprises determining, for each potential merchant, if the potential merchant has pre-established promotion criteria that would meet the consumer request and if the potential merchant has pre-established promotion criteria that would meet the consumer request, storing promotion data for the potential merchant. The method further comprises, if the potential merchant does not have pre-established promotion criteria that would meet the consumer request, providing the consumer request to the potential merchant and, if a response is received from the potential merchant with promotion data, storing promotion data for the potential merchant. The method further comprises generating an impression comprising the promotion data for the one or more potential merchants. A corresponding apparatus and computer program product are also provided.
Systems and methods for using keywords extracted from reviews
Methods and systems for generating recommendations are disclosed. In some examples, from a set of positive reviews associated with a merchant offering, at least one attribute is identified and associated with the set of positive reviews, based on reviewer profiles associated with each respective positive review. The attribute is associated with the merchant offering. A match is determined between a customer attribute in a first customer profile and the at least one attribute. A set of recommendations is generated to be presented, via a customer electronic device, to a customer associated with the first customer profile, the set of recommendations including the merchant offering associated with at least one attribute.
NETWORK MANAGEMENT BASED ON MARKETING MESSAGE FATIGUE
A marketing campaign management system that includes a campaign platform that categorizes intended recipient profiles corresponding to intended recipients of marketing campaign messages based on their levels of fatigue. Recipient profiles categorized as “saturated” are then sub-segmented to determine their relative levels of fatigue or saturation. The intended recipient profiles that are most fatigued are removed from a recipients list such that they will not be sent any campaigns until after a rest state has been completed. A transitional safe state ensures that the intended recipient profiles inserted back into the list are not immediately removed once again.

System and method for causing messages to be delivered to users of a distributed voice application execution system
A system that is capable of receiving and interpreting a user's spoken commands is also coupled to a television interface device that controls video programming content displayed the user's television. The user can speak commands to cause certain programs to be played, and to control various functions of the television. The system can track and analyze a user's video viewing habits. In addition, the system is able to determine which of multiple users might be interested in a particular video program, and the system can play marketing messages regarding that video program to those users that might be interested in viewing the video program.

A digital assistant executing at, at least one processor, is described that is configured to determine a set of candidate third party agents. The digital assistant is further configured to receive, from a computing device that is associated with a user, information indicative of one or more interests of the user and determine based on the information, a set of relevance scores. The digital assistant is further configured to select one or more candidate third party agents from the set of candidate third party agents that have a respective relevance score that satisfies a threshold. Responsive to receiving an indication of user input that accepts a recommendation to configure the user account with the one or more candidate third party agents, the digital assistant is further configured to configure the user account for operation with the one or more candidate third party agents.

According to one embodiment, a network device includes an uplink port, a downlink port, a memory, and a processor. The processor is configured for providing a webserver; receiving a request from a mobile device of a user to establish a connection with the downlink port; establishing a first connection between the mobile device and the webserver via the downlink port; determining a media access control (MAC) address of the mobile device; receiving, from a server, user history information associated with the MAC address; and providing targeted information to the mobile device based on the user history information. The processor may be further configured for querying the server using the MAC address to obtain the user history information, collecting new user information and transmitting updated user history information to the server.

Improved identification of a computer configured with an operating system (OS), a web browser and one or more applications is disclosed. An identifying code for advertisers (IFA) may be obtained via the operating system (OS) of the computer. A first application configuring the computer may include instructions to initiate an ad call comprising a request including the IFA to cause the first application to render an advertisement received by the computing device from a first web resource in response to the ad call. The web browser may execute the script to configure the web browser with a durable id (DID). The web browser may also communicate the DID to associate the IFA with the computing device.
