System and method for providing navigation information
A system and method for providing navigation information including the steps of detecting a proximate object to a referenced location, transmitting the referenced location to the proximate object, wherein the referenced location is arranged to be processed to derive a location of the proximate object, and where guidance information is available for the referenced location, transmitting the guidance information to the proximate object.
Visually Guiding a Vehicle
Embodiments of the present invention describe identifying details of the area around a first vehicle and identifying a potential confusion point in a navigation route of the first vehicle. Additionally, embodiments of the present invention determining based on a threshold, whether to provide a driver of the first vehicle with a visual clue to assist with navigating through the identified potential confusion point, responsive to determining to provide a visual clue, identifying one or more visual clues from an area surrounding the first vehicle; and outputting the identified one or more visual clues to the driver.
TRAJECTORY SAMPLING USING SPATIAL FAMILIARITY
A plurality of instances of probe data are received and used to generate a plurality of probe trajectories. A set of selected probe trajectories is defined using spatial familiarity sampling wherein a familiarity score is determined for each instance of probe data of a probe trajectory based on a familiarity model corresponding to already selected probe trajectories. A least familiar familiarity score for a probe trajectory is identified from the familiarity scores determined for the probe trajectory and a determination of whether the probe trajectory is included in the set of selected probe trajectories is performed based on the least familiar familiarity score for the probe trajectory. Only the probe trajectories of the set of selected probe trajectories are map-matched. The map-matched probe trajectories are then used to generate traffic and/or map information/data which is provided to consumer apparatuses for use in performing navigation functions, for example.
PREDICTING PRIME LOCATIONS FOR MOBILE ASSETS
A method, computer system, and a computer program product for predicting one or more travel paths for one or more mobile assets is provided. The present invention may include retrieving a set of input data. The present invention may then include predicting one or more spatio-temporal user profile flows based on the set of past user trajectory data and the plurality of user interests. The present invention may also include correlating the predicted one or more spatio-temporal user profile flows with the one or more mobile assets. The present invention may then include determining potential travel paths in one or more routes associated with a geographical region for one or more mobile assets and halting points for one or more mobile assets.
PERSONALIZED NOTIFICATION SYSTEM FOR MOBILITY AS A SERVICE
A personalized notification method for a mobility as a service (MaaS) vehicle includes receiving conditional personalized notification features from a passenger of the MaaS vehicle. The method also includes monitoring current driving environment of the MaaS vehicle to determine whether a condition of the conditional personalized notification features is satisfied. The method further includes notifying the passenger when the condition is satisfied via at least one localized output device in a compartment of the MaaS vehicle.
Sharing point of interest data
A server device can receive, from a first device related to a first subscriber of a navigation service, data relating to a point of interest (POI), and an indication to share the data. The data can include on-site information associated with the POI. The on-site information can include one or more instructions regarding arrival at or departure from the POI. The device can store the data to permit the data to be accessible to other subscribers of the navigation service. The device can receive a location search request from a second device related to a second subscriber of the navigation service. The second subscriber can be different than the first subscriber. The device can determine that the location search request corresponds to the POI. The device can perform one or more actions to cause the data relating to the POI to be provided to the second device.
APPLICATION AND SYSTEM PROVIDING INDOOR SEARCHING OF A VENUE
In some implementations, a computing device can provide a map application providing a representation of a physical structure of venues (e.g., shopping centers, airports) identified by the application. The application can provide an inside view of the venue, which is accessible by other applications and programs on the user's device. Thus, whether intended or not, search results that are identified by the map application as having an inside view of the venue are also presented on a graphical user interface along with typical search results from the other applications.
Electronic map display method and apparatus
Embodiments of the present application disclose an electronic map display method, device, and system. The method includes obtaining, by one or more processors, current driving information, historical driving information, or both, wherein the current driving information, historical driving information, or both are obtained from one or more of a network-side server and a control system of a vehicle, determining, by the one or more processors, display information based at least in part on the current driving information, the historical driving information, or both, and providing, by the one or more processors, an electronic map based at least in part on the display information.
Service animal navigation
The method, computer program product and computer system may include computing device which may create a user profile based on user data associated with a user and animal data associated with the user's service animal. The computing device may receive a destination input and determine one or more routes to the input destination, the one or more routes each being associated with a set of route commands. The computing device may receive a route selection and translate the set of route commands associated with the selected route into a set of service animal command signals. The computing device may transmit a first service animal command signal from the set of service animal command signals to a signal device, the signal device being attached to the user's service animal and generate an output by the signal device corresponding with the first service animal command signal.
SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A schedule management system includes: a user information storage portion that stores user information corresponding to identification information to identify a user, wherein the user information includes method information showing an available transport method among multiple transport methods; a request acquisition portion that acquires event information and the identification information, wherein the event information includes a departure place, a destination, and a time to arrive at the destination; a route search portion that generates one or more route candidates by performing a route search; and a result provision portion that provides a search result from the route search portion.
