A trip planning and reservation system and method is disclosed that may include a U.I. software application executing on a computing device (e.g., mobile device). The U.I. software application may transmit the user account information to an external server. The external server may validate the user account information and transmit an access token to the mobile device. An AI algorithm may be operable to predict and select the plurality of digital media files based on operational data that includes the user account information and one or more user interest tags. It is contemplated that the digital media files may include geographic coordinate data and informational data about a location within a pre-defined proximity of the desired travel route. A first file may then be selected from the plurality of digital media files for inclusion within the desired travel route displayed by the U.I. software application.
Operating a head-up display with objects that can be shown located outside a field of view
A head-up display and techniques for operating a head-up display for a motor vehicle. An assignment is obtained of at least one virtual object that can be displayed to a part of the environment. The head-up display may be operated in a normal display mode when the object assigned to the part of the environment is within a field of view for the head-up display. The head-up display is then operated in an alternative display mode when the object assigned to the part of the environment is not, or not entirely, contained within the field of view for the head-up display, wherein a virtual display is generated in the alternative display mode.

A route from a first physical location to a second physical location is divided into a set of segments using a route optimization engine. Using a user response analysis model, a response to a physical environment associated with a segment in the set of segments is scored, the scoring resulting in a score. Using a content generation model and the score, the physical environment is augmented, the augmenting combining the physical environment and a generated environment.

An on-board signage system includes one or more vehicles, a display device configured to display an assigned image on a display area of each of the vehicles, and a signage controller, in which the signage controller is configured to function as an image database for storing a plurality of candidate images, a terminal database for storing identification information and owner information of a registered terminal, a terminal location acquiring unit configured to acquire location information of the registered terminal, and a selector that selects at least one of a travel route for the vehicle and an image to be assigned to the vehicle, based on the location information and the owner information of the registered terminal, and transmits the selected travel route or image to the vehicle.

If a distance from a current position to a guide point is less than a predetermined distance, a normal output process and a stop process of a guide image are repeatedly performed. If a priority display request for a guide image is performed, a priority output process of the guide image is performed prior to the stop process. If an interval between the priority output process and the normal output process performed after the priority output process is short, the priority output process continues until the normal output process starts.

An apparatus and method for controlling a head-up display of a vehicle includes a navigation device that determines a remaining distance from a location of the vehicle to a driving direction change point, a display device that displays vehicle information as an augmented reality image, and a controller configured for determining a vehicle speed at a point where the remaining distance is a specified distance, and determines a projection time point of the augmented reality image based on to the vehicle speed. Therefore, it is possible to provide a safe driving to the driver by allowing the driver to easily recognize the augmented reality image in consideration of the vehicle speed.

The navigation service compiles the received information and determines an enhanced navigation route.
