A device and method for preventing the spread of a communicable disease during a close proximity services session is provided. The method includes assembling a device to a face cradle of a massage table prior to the close proximity services session, wherein the device captures one or more respiratory droplets excreted by a client during the close proximity services session. The device includes a closed sidewall, an open sidewall, a top portion mechanically connected to the closed and to the open sidewall, wherein the top portion includes a securing means for securing the top portion to the face cradle and a bottom portion mechanically connected to the closed sidewall.

The disclosure pertains to methods and devices for administering a vibration expulsion therapy (VET) to a subject to expulse a urinary stone. The method comprises circumferentially administering vibrations to a subject's torso to facilitate movement of a urinary stone through the urinary system or to alleviate pain associated with a urinary stone. In certain embodiments, the method comprises circumferentially administering vibrations to a subject via a vest configured to envelope and tightly fit contours on the subject's torso, particular, the subject's lower torso and cover the subject's kidneys, ureter, and/or urinary bladder. Further provided is a system comprising a processor and a computer-readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to actuate a vest placed on the subject's torso to circumferentially administer vibrations to the subject's torso or a portion thereof.

The device and methods disclosed herein allow an individual to create and sustain a differential stretch to the anterior muscles and ligaments of the torso, hips, and legs. The support pad includes a plurality of compartments that may be filled with microbeads or other supportive material that self-adjusts to conform to the contours of an individual's body. The controller unit includes a processor operably connected to a diverter for controlling the delivery of air to and exhausting of air from the channels of the therapy pad. A device is described for delivering a therapeutic vibration to a body. The device may include at least two motors in a housing with unbalanced masses coupled to their axles, such that vibration of the masses causes the two motors and housing to vibrate at a beat frequency 80. The motors and housing may be coupled to the body via a platform which places the motors and housings at or near a resonant structure in the body, creating a coupled oscillation between the platform and the body. The vibration may be based on the input signal, such that the system applies the vibration based on the input signal to the user, wherein the signal may be an audio or video signal.

A portable, personal therapy chamber for provision of infrared radiation therapy. The therapy chamber includes a pair of telescopically positionable cabins that are lightweight and easily portable by a single user. The therapy chamber is configured for use by a single person lying generally prone on a surface. The cabins are disposed to overlie the user and include a plurality of infrared radiation elements that direct infrared energy toward the user's body. When using the therapy chamber, the user's head extends from an open end of the cabin. A facial treatment fixture is integrated with the cabin to be extendable longitudinally from a terminal end thereof and to overlie the user's face/head. The therapy chamber can be configured to provide mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy in addition to infrared therapy.
